Police Say Bobbi Kristina Not In Drunken Gun Brawl
Georgia police are denying reports that Bobbi Kristina, the daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston, was involved in a drunken gun brawl that nearly got her arrested last week.
On Monday news broke that the 18-year-old was handcuffed and could face up to six years in jail for her involvement in a “drunken gun brawl” when she was approached in a car with friends by her ex-boyfriend according to the National Enriquer.
Roswell, GA police however are confirming that the story is incorrect.
Lt. James McGee with Roswell police tells the Atlanta Journal Constitution that Bobbi Kristina was part of an incident involving two groups of teenagers about three weeks ago and Aagun was involved but no shots were fired.
The whole thing may have started as the result of problems between a boyfriend and girlfriend, McGee said.
He adds,
“By the time officers arrived, everything had calmed down. She was there, but she wasn’t issued a citation. Nobody was taken into custody.”
The lieutenant says citations were given for the gun and underage drinking but Bobb Kris did not receive one.
