Mike Tyson’s Tattoo Artist Settles Lawsuit With Makers Of ‘The Hangover’ 2

A tattoo artist who gave Mike Tyson his trademark tribal marking has settled a lawsuit with the makers of the movie ‘The Hangover 2. ‘

S. Victor Whitmill previously made headlines after accusing Warner Brothers of copying his design without his permission.

‘Hangover 2’ actor Ed Helm had a similar tattoo inked on his face for the film that closely resembles Whitmill’s 2003 design.

Warner Bros. spokesman Paul McGuire released a statement Monday saying that the movie studio and S. Victor Whitmill amicably resolved their dispute.

No further details were given.

Whitmill was originally trying to block the release of the film.

Tyson appears in the second installment of the film.
