For the past couple of months, Fabolous’ “Friday Night Freestyles” series has found Loso dropping potent bars over a gang of classic and popular instrumentals. To help set off your Memorial Day weekend, the Brooklyn rapper compiled all of them, and added four new cuts, into the Friday Night Freestyles mixtape. 

Fabolous is the man on these beats and the man of his household. Emily B, his gorgeous girlfriend, is expecting their second child together and this past Mother’s Day, the Brooklyn couple called up a gang of their famous friends to help make their baby shower extra special.

Fabolous is rapping like it’s 1998, and Internet commentary says that fans are here for it. Continuing his Friday Night Freestyles series, the rap veteran returns with bars on Jay Z’s “Do It Again.”

The highlighted track in today’s Wired Tracks comes from French Montana, whose “Bad B*tch” single now features verses from Rick Ross and Fabolous.

Four weeks into the #FridayNightFreestyles series, Fabolous goes jacking for beats once again. This time he rhymes over Mobb Deep’s classic track “Shook Ones Pt. II.”

For the third consecutive Friday (though this week’s freestyle released later than usual), Fabolous goes jacking for beats, making a classic 90s track his own in the process.

These days, Fabolous goes by Loso, but there was a time when Sport was attached to his musical moniker. During that time, the Brooklyn bred MC’s freestyles had the mixtape game in a frenzy; his newly release, “Told Y’all,” feels like a throwback.

You can’t really call it a comeback because Fabolous has been here for years. Yet and still, his “technically” 2015 album, The OG Project and recent alignment with Roc Nation has the Brooklyn boy back on his A-game.
