Young Jeezy Signs Tone Trump to CTE

Sorry Freeway, Young Jeezy has "brotherly love" for somebody else in your city. Last August, while at Cosmic Kev's Power 99 radio station, Jeezy fielded questions about the possible signing of former Roc-A-Fella artist, Freeway to his CTE imprint. While noting was ever set in stone, almost a year later, the Philly spitter that Jeezy has chosen to roll with isn't Freeway, but West Philly rapper, Tone Trump.

Although Jeezy is currently in Miami for Memorial Day Weekend, he found time to make this business deal happen. Considering the plethora of talent that exists in Philadelphia, this might not be the right move, but let's assume there's something Jeezy knows about his new signee, that we don't.

No Malice Responds To Lil Wayne's Twitter Diss

As the battle between Pusha T and Young Money rages on, Clipse member, No Malice has jumped in the disagreement. Formerly called "Malice," Pusha T's brother went on Twitter yesterday to respond to Weezy's post on the social networking site late last week.

"Well I LOVE Pusha!" he wrote. "That's my blood and I ain't never kiss em," making reference to Weezy and Birdman's infamous lip-lock.

Pusha T has yet to release a rebuttal to the on-going rift, but on Friday Weezy put his anger to music, dropping a snippet of the diss record "Goulish." Judging by it's repsonse on the 'Net, the upbeat track may have (slightly) missed the mark to compete as an actual diss record.

Rappers need to learn to just get along.

Michelle Obama Attends Beyoncé's Atlantic City Show

Beyoncé continued her round of concerts in Atlantic City Saturday (May 26), and had a very special guest among the crowd: Michelle Obama. Mrs. Obama and her daughters, Sasha and Malia, were three of the more than 5,000 people who traveled to the Revel Resort & Casino, for the show, which featured a tribute to Whitney Houston.

Obama recently raved about Bey's singing talents, telling People Magazine, that she wishes to be like to multi-Grammy-winning star. "Gosh. If I had some gift, I'd be Beyoncé," she said. "I'd be some great singer."

For her first return to the stage since giving birth to Blue Ivy, the 30-year-old treated the audience to an emotional performance of the song "Resentment," off her 2006 B'Day release, and spoke on dropping baby weight. "Y'all don't know how hard I had to work," she told the crowd. "I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on the treadmill, eating lettuce."

Her set list also included renditions of Lauryn Hill's "X-Factor," and her own hits "1+1," "Love on Top," and "Crazy In Love."

Following her kick-off show Friday (May 26) night, Jay-Z took to twitter to crown his wife "the best performer in the world."

The new mom will continue her show through Monday.

Saigon Disses Rick Ross & Big Sean [LISTEN]

Earlier this week, Saigon spoke with SOHH where he discussed the current state of Hip-Hop. In that interview, the "Pain In My Life" rapper pointed to both Rick Ross and Big Sean as crucial contributors to the destruction of our communities. "Rick Ross and all these ni--as rapping about drug dealing, all the sh-t that f-cks up the black community," said the Yardfather.

Shortly after, Sai took to his Twitter to clear up his statements and show love to Ross, but not Big Sean. However, SOHH has provided the audio to the interview that sparked the drama. Listen below.

Beyoncé Rocks First Stage Performance Since Birth Of Daughter [VIDEO]

Beyoncé, now the mother of one Blue Ivy Carter, made a return to the stage last night with a grand gala for the Revel Resort in Atlantic City. The singer/songwriter/dancer/designer/and now mother payed tribute to Whitney Houston with a touching rendering of "I Will Always Love You", while also performing some hits from her own discography.

Even Hova gave the singer her due, tweeting, "I'm gonna say this and then I'm gonna end mine." BEYONCE is the best performer in the world. Period."

Bey's performance of Lauryn Hill's "Ex-Factor" was also a showstopper. Jay-Z's wife will perform again tonight, so if you're looking for something to do today, drive all the way to Atlantic City and catch the show, if you can manage to get tickets. Watch videos of her triumphant return to stage below and on the next page.
