The 2013 American Music Awards went down yesterday (November 24) in Los Angeles. Like any award show, plenty of stars came out dressed in their best in order to impress. However, more than a handful need to just fire their stylists.

Music fans’ voices were heard last night at the American Music Awards, a show that grants awards based on fan polls and album sales. Artists from all genres, including Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Nelly, and TLC also graced the stage.

Admit it, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have had one hell of a year. Successful singles ranging from used clothes (“Thrift Shop”) to gay rights (“Same Love”) helped earn the duo a Best Rap/Hip-Hop honor at the American Music Awards Sunday (Nov. 23). Which naturally meant slander from the Twitter peanut gallery.
