A report surfaced from Baltimore this week that a man locked inside a police transport van with Freddie Gray claiming that he witnessed the 25-year-old intentionally injuring himself. That same man who was named as the witness came forward and discredited the claims made in the police leak.

The death of Freddie Gray has been ruled a homicide. According to the state attorney of Baltimore, Marilyn J. Mosby, there, was “probably cause” to prosecute cops for Gray’s death, which was the result of a spinal chord injury, for charges including manslaughter, assault and second degree murder.
