In addition to his Vice President position, he will also serve as head of A&R. Bigga Rankin's name should sound familiar because of his underground mixtape series titled, Real Ni**a Radio.

The DJ also serves as Vice President of the Hittmen DJs, President of Slip N-Slide Streets, RNR CEO and is a member of the Core DJs. Through his work as an A&R he has received several awards including Diamond Awards Entertainer of the Decade, Upstart Record Pool's Lifetime Achievement Award, TJs DJs Tastemaker Award, Seagram's Gin DJ of the Year, Hood Magazine's On-The-Grind Award, Florida Entertainment Summit's Record Breaker of the Year and TJs DJs Hustler Award.
