In a recent service on January 29, 2012, Eddie Long who is Bishop at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church invited Ralph Messer who claims to be a Rabbi bringing torah truth to Christians.

This rabbi then proceeds to pronounce Eddie Long as King in "god's government" lifting him up in his chair/throne and carrying him around the stage.

I wonder what T.I. would have to say about this.

We pray for anyone still a member of this circus show. As if, allegedly, brainwashing young men and pretending to be a father figure to sleep with them wasn't enough, now he's a king.

I think Barnum and Bailey Circus may want to add this to their show after they get a view of this.

Gives new meaning to the name "Eddie King, Jr." Watch the clip below.

Lawyer Drops Long's Accusers for Violation of Settlement

Eddie Long's accusers are in the news again.

This time three of the Bishop Eddie Long's accusers have been dropped by their lawyer for violating the confidentiality clause of their settlement.

According to reports, Attorney Brenda Bernstein dumped Jamal Parris, Spencer LaGrande and Centino Kemp as her clients after the three accusers did not remain quiet and were recently challenged by Long's attorneys, who say that they plan to collect roughly "$900,000″ for violations in the settlement.

The accusers broke the clause by participating in interviews with the Atlanta Journal Constitution, WSB-TV and CNN, as well as releasing statements on Twitter.

Long's attorneys are looking to collect $300,000 per violation.

In May, Bishop Eddie Long reached an agreement in the case against the four men that accused him of sexual abuse.

The settlement between the four accusers was believed to be in the amount of $15 million.

You would think Eddie Long's accusers would just take their money and shut up, but maybe it's not about the money for them.

The Eddie Long scandal seems like it refuses to go away and we doubt this will be the last time we hear about this case.

Eddie Long thought he could throw the church's money at his accusers and make this whole thing disappear. Well the joke's on you Bishop.

Bishop Eddie Long Wants Settlement Money Back

Bishop Eddie Long and his New Birth Missionary Baptist church are trying to recoup settlement payments from three of his accusers.

A letter was sent to accusers Centino Kemp, Spencer LeGrande and Jamal Parris from Long's attorneys saying that they planned to collect at least $1 million from each of them for speaking out on the closed case and breaking their confidentiality agreement.

According to The Atlanta Journal Constitution, the letter could simply be a threat.

Atlanta litigator Hayden Pace tells the publication,

"No one's going to turn over the money just simply because you've asked for it. You're going to have to earn it back by establishing your right to it in the courts."

Both LeGrande and Parris spoke with The AJC in August and confirmed that they're releasing a tell-all book.

“I'm going to tell the world – money does not buy happiness,” LeGrande said. "When you sleep at night, the problems are still there. The money stuff, who cares about the number.I feel like burning [the money].” he said.

Parris, LeGrande and Kemp declined to comment on the letters received this week

Eddie Long Drops Burglary Charges

Anthony Boyd, one of the men who accused mega-church pastor Bishop Eddie L. Long of sexual coercion, has escaped burglary charges after Long refused to testify.

Boyd, one of four men who accused the bishop of seducing them into sex with lavish gifts as teens, was charged in 2010 with breaking into Long's office and stealing over $100,000 worth of the pastor's belongings.

Now, the Dekalb County District Attorney in Georgia has dropped all charged because of Long's refusal to go forward with the proceedings. Long requested in a letter to the District Attorney that all charges be dropped.

“While I understand the there may be evidence to support a prosecution, I believe in forgiveness and the opportunity for second chances,” Long wrote, according to WSB-TV.

Boyd still proclaims his innocence. “I had nothing to do with it,” he said of the burglary.

Eddie Long Issues Statement On Accusers

Bishop Eddie Long has issued a statement on reports that two of his accusers are releasing a tell-all book.

As previously reported, the embattled pastor is set to be the subject of a no holds barred book at the hands of Jamal Parris and Spencer LeGrande, two of the five men in total who accused The Bishop of sexual coercion.

Both Parris and LeGrande met with a Channel 2 investigative reporter to announce their plans to release a book which they say will detail ten years of abuse they felt at the hand of Long.

"Ten years of details, each person, it's gonna be a book full of 'wow's' and 'ahh's' and 'Oh my God's."

Now Long is speaking out to defend himself and posted a statement on the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church website.

His statement in full reads,

"New Birth Members,

We have a long history of dutifully serving those in need in the local and global communities and we will continue to do so. We are committed to the calling of a strong, viable and relevant ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Unfortunately, we are in the media again and people are wondering what I am going to say. All I have to say is what we stated earlier. All parties involved decided to resolve the civil cases out of court. The decision was made to bring closure to this matter and allow us to move forward with the plans God has for this ministry.

I will continue to honor and abide by my commitment of confidentiality and restraint as it relates to the resolution of the civil litigation and will not be diverted from the important work of the ministry.

I thank God for your faithful support of my journey to South Africa where thousands where blessed and more than 700 people gave their lives to Christ. We also were able to sow more support into the HIV/AIDS Hospice in Johannesburg that we partnered with last year. We built a wonderful bridge of relationships with pastors and community leaders to further establish the Kingdom and bless others.

I love you and thank you for your continued commitment and dedication.

Your Pastor,

Bishop Eddie L. Long"

LeGrande and Parris have yet to respond.

Bishop Eddie Long's Accusers Penning Book

Two of the men accusing Bishop Eddie Long of sexual coercion are risking their settlement money and penning a tell-all book.

Jamal Parris and Spencer LeGrande agreed to speak with Channel 2 reporter Jodie Fleischer Wednesday, a bold move that could cost them the reported $5.5 million they received after Long settled with them and two other young men.

In the investigative report they tell Fleischer that no amount of money could cover the emotional scars they suffered.

"It's just not enough anymore. I thought I could cover the pain up. I thought I could move, start over and everything will go away. I was terribly wrong, "says Parris.

He adds,

"Before I used to look at you like you were the man. You ran everything, but now I got a voice. Like you got a voice."

Now Parris and LeGrande are planning to release a book, a book the say will reveal truths kept secret from the public.

Speaking on the book, LeGrande promises that it will be shocking and give full details of ten years of abuse they felt at the hand of Long.

"Ten years of details, each person, it's gonna be a book full of 'wow's' and 'ahh's' and 'Oh my God's."

Parris and LeGrande contend that the four young men who sued Long are all heterosexual and never had intercourse with him.

In June a fifth man came forward, Centino Kemp ,who has the Bishop's name tattooed on his arm with the words “Never a Mistake, Always a Lesson.”

Whether it's a bad excuse or a good reason, Jamal Parris, one of the men who accused Bishop Eddie Long of sexual abuse, is blaming that abuse for his use of drugs.

Parris was arrested in June when Miami police found a gun and drugs on him during a routine traffic stop.

Although he was sentenced to a year of probation after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute marijuana, he claims he only used the drugs to deal with his emotional pain from what the Bishop did to him.

“You caught me with bud? Look at the sign of sexual abuse victims. What's the very first sign on any website you'll see? Alcoholism drug abuse,” Parris said.

Eddie Long Accuser Arrested

Jamal Parris, one of the men who settled a reported multi-million dollar lawsuit with Bishop Eddie Long in his sexual misconduct case was arrested Tuesday evening in Florida according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Parris was reportedly driving a 2011 BMW in Miami Beach when he was pulled over for not having tags on the vehicle.

When police approached the car, they reported smelling marijuana.

A search of the car turned up 181 grams of weed. They also found 50 clear plastic baggies, a Taurus semiautomatic handgun and $1,250.

Parris was arrested and charged with two felony counts: possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm while committing a felony. He was also hit with operating a motor vehicle with no registration.

"He kept telling me he bought that BMW with the settlement money," arresting officer Sgt. Seth Dubinsky said.

Parris also told the cop was in South Florida to attend Miami-Dade College. "He said, ‘you guys are getting the wrong impression of me.'"

Parris is one of the four men who accused Atlanta Bishop, Eddie Long of sexual coercion last year.

Parris previously gave an interview to a local news crew where he detailed the abuse saying,

“I cannot get the sound of his voice out of my head…I cannot forget the smell of his cologne. And I cannot forget the way that he made me cry many nights when I drove in his car on the way home, not able to take enough showers to wipe the smell of him off of my body."

The case was settled out of court in May for an officially undisclosed amount.

Reports have the number in the $20 million range.

Bishop Paul Morton Says Long Needs To Repent

One man of the cloth is coming forth and saying Bishop Eddie Long needs to confess his wrong doings to his congregation and repent his sins to Christ.

In recent sermon Bishop Paul Morton called Bishop Long to task saying Long, owes his congregation an explanation after reportedly settling for $25 million in a sexual misconduct case.

“Show me some humility… Those that have stood with you, tell us something,” said Morton, referring to Long's silence about the case. “Tell your church something.”

He added, “Some people are going to stay with you, some are going to leave you, but you have to leave that up to God.”

Morton goes on to say Long, who became a Bishop under him, has stopped answering his phone calls. He pleaded with Long to turn to God in repentance for his actions, “All I'm waiting for Bishop…is for you to repent,” he said.

Atlanta Pastor Says Eddie Long's “Got Problems,” Invites New Birth Members To His Church

A $24.8 million settlement may have put an end to the sexual misconduct case against Bishop Eddie Long, but the aftermath from the scandal is still present.

While Atlanta Pastor Creflo Dollar recently came in defense of Bishop Long, another pastor, Donald Battle of Atlanta's Divine Faith Ministries, is speaking out against the embattled Long.

In a sermon on Sunday, Pastor Battle said Eddie Long has “problems” and needs to “sit down."

“We're gonna pray for that church,” Pastor Battle said of New Birth, before encouraging former members to come to his own church.

Though, Pastor Battle's words are probably the least of Eddie Long's troubles.

Rumors claim that Long's wife Vanessa Long left the pastor following his the settlement with his four accusers.

Long and New Birth has since denied those claims.

A statement from New Birth church read:

"Despite a very public attack against New Birth Church and its leadership, New Birth has chosen not to respond to rumors but remain focused on fulfilling the mission that God has for the ministry.

However, in this new digital world, along with a steep decline in quality reporting, many people can't discern the difference between legitimate journalists and irresponsible bloggers.

Recently, some blog entries have surfaced claiming to have anonymous sources stating that New Birth First Lady Elder Vanessa Long has left her husband. That claim is completely and absolutely false.

Mrs. Long is very much a loving, dedicated and committed wife and mother.

It is unfortunate that anyone would make such hateful and damaging false claims of this nature.

These cruel and insensitive rumors have the potential to cause immeasurable pain and suffering. Those involved should feel obligated to retract their earlier statements."

A picture of Eddie Long and his wife Vanessa is below.
