The Internets can be likened to the heart of the city in that it’s a loveless place. Today, what began as small joke about a man getting arrested while wearing a Kappa Alpha Psi shirt became an outpour of slanderous comments for all to see.

Award shows are when you really appreciate that Twitter, and in this case Black Twitter, is free. With the BET Awards 2014 airing last night came a plethora of slander, with celebrities squarely in the crossfire.
