In an excerpt posted on All Hip Hop, Raz wastes no time throwing  his one-time group member under the bus. “There were no girls; there were no breaks, and absolutely NO meat. Our diet was so strict that I remember passing out during rehearsals because of our heavily restricted diet,” he writes.“…Me and [J] Boog  resisted the most. [Lil] Fizz and Omari (Omarion) however seemed a lot easier to take advantage of. I suspect it was because Fizz was so much younger and Omari was just gay.”

He also had some choices words for Ray J.  “Ray J was cool at first. I was under the impression that he wanted to help me. But just like with Whitney [Houston] he was just looking for someone to use. Ray J said that he was mad about how Chris did us and other artist, but Ray J just wanted airtime,” he continues. “Ray J made a diss song about Chris being gay, but that's the kettle calling the pot black.”

Raz is no stranger to stirring up trouble. Back in 2010 he accused Marques Houston and Chris Stokes of molesting him, and lashed out at Bishop Eddie Long for his many alleged sexual rendezvous with men belonging to his congregation.

This dude has too much time on his hands.

Earlier today, T.I. became the latest MC to announce that he “wants out” of the music game, because he doesn't like the direction in which things are going. Being that he runs a record label, and is the self-proclaimed King of the South, the idea of him completely walking away seems farfetched, but we'll humor him anyway. YG ft. Bow Wow - "Pop It (Remix)" [LISTEN/DOWNLOAD]

According to Bow Wow, whose career spans well over a decade, arguing with other MCs is a waste of time.  “That's played out,” Bow told Hip-Hop Wired. “Just go in the studio, do what you gotta do, and do what we want you to do, and that's make good music so we can listen to it.”

For the most part, Bow has managed to stay away from problems with too many rappers besides Soulja Boy in 2009, and an issue with chain-snatching victim, Young Berg. As he preps the release of his Underrated album, and gets ready to hit the road for the accompanying tour, the 25-year-old claims to have put any unnecessary disagreements behind him. “Life's too precious life's too short for people to be arguing. I ain't got time for that sh**. I'm too fly. I'm not a street guy, I never been one. I'm just a cool dude, I know street guys, but that doesn't make me one.”

Aside from the music, Bow is still heavy in the movie game. His latest project Recalled is due out by early 2013. “Top of last year I filmed [the] movie,” he said of the drama which details the story of an Iraqi war lieutenant who becomes involved in an AWOL attempt. “That's what I've been working on as well as this show with Ice Cube and Cube Vision that is definitely going down. I don't have a name for it yet, you'll hear more about that around fall time. Really this year is devoted touring. We just ended [a tour in] Europe, we did like a month and a half over there. It's really been about getting out of the box office and going to see my fans in person, giving them what I they've been asking for the past three years.”

Underrated is due out June 12.

A few bumpy years following the release of Face Off , his collaborative album with Omarion, raised speculation that Bow wouldn't be able to merge from the lane of teen rap star into adult MC. The ill-received project marked a change in the career of the Ohio native; he distanced himself from longtime mentor, and friend, Jermaine Dupri, and eventually cut ties with his label, Columbia Records. Then the bad press started to roll in. Bow was feared to be suicidal after tweeting about dying, publicly blasted his absentee birth father, ran into legal issues, and didn't put his name on his daughter Shai's birth certificate.

In the middle of what appeared to be his personal turmoil the young rapper stepped into new territory musically, announcing that he was signing to Cash Money records.  The move seemed obvious judging by his long-standing affiliation with the YMCMB crew, but joining the roster that features Nicki Minaj and Drake, was suspected to be an effort to capitalize on the label's success.

Underrated, his first release under Cash Money, features production from Dupri, and Cool & Dre. The album's guest list includes appearances from Snoop Dogg, Meek Mill, Talib Kweli, Musiq Soulchild, to name a few, and  promises to be an honest account of how life has changed in the three years since he dropped New Jack City Part II.  Bow will also head on his first solo tour, kicking off June 1st in Dallas, with “A Milli” rapper Corey Gunz as one of his opening acts.

Hip-Hop Wired caught up with the rapper for his first in-depth interview  since announcing his tour, where he spoke on the new album, the suicide rumors, and how having a daughter changed his life.

More than anything the Cash Money rapper, who is also father to a one-year-old daughter, wants Martin's parents to make it through. "I hope that his family will be okay, I hope they can overcome this situation. I see a lot of celebrities, ball players...everybody trying to put their bid in and help out, and I just want to send my condolences and put my blessings on it.

"Like I said, it's a terrible situation to lose another young man. We don't know what he could have been. I saw pictures of him with his football uniform on, he could've been the next Reggie Bush. He could've been the next whoever, so to have a kid— any kid's—life cut short, and now I have a kid, it's definitely disturbing. Especially [since] we don't know all of the details of how it went down. I just want to send my condolences out to his family and I hope that they overcome this situation."

Bow is the latest of many public figures who have given their opinion on the tragic shooting. Both the president and first lady have spoken on the tragedy, while many in the hip-hop community, have been very vocal about the incident. Harlem MC, A$AP Rocky, made mention to Martin during his set at Coachella over the weekend, while Wyclef Jean reenacts the shooting in the video for the song,  "Justice."

Martin's accused killer, George Zimmerman was release from jail early Monday morning (April 23), after posting bond.
