R&B superstar Usher has been accused of ripping off another legendary artist for his hit song “OMG”.

According to published reports, Usher is accused of stealing the hook of the Pop chart hit from a 2003 episode of the Simpsons.

The “coincidence”, which was discovered by a DJ in Jackson, Mississippi uses the hook where Usher sings:

“Honey got a booty like pow,pow,pow. Honey got some boobies like wow, wow, wow.”

And compares it to the 2003 Simpsons Christmas episode where Homer sings:

“Christmas in December, wow wow wow. Give me tons of presents, now now now.”

The controversy has created such a buzz that fans have even posted a YouTube video to point out the similarities.

Although it seems crazy that Usher would rip off a cartoon character for a hit song, one woman is claiming that he did steal her hit song in 2003, when he and Alicia Keys came together for the hit song “Caught Up”.

As previously reported, Wadena Pyatt filed a lawsuit against Usher and singer Alicia Keys, claiming after she signed a record contract with Alicia Keys' MBK Entertainment label in 2003, she wrote the song for inclusion on her debut album; but instead the song was used on Usher's album Confessions and she was not listed as one of the songwriters.

Well folks, looks like the hold up for Fabolous and DJ Drama's sequel There Is No Competition Pt. 2 (Funeral Service) continues to find a way to not hit the Internet.

Previously slated for Christmas and then New Year's, Fab keeps finding a new reason for the tape not being released.

With the tragedy happening in Haiti, Fab felt as though the title, which implemented the term “funeral” was a little too heavy for the time being and has now stated that the release should drop by the end of January.

How about at this point, we'll just report that the tape will be dropping because clearly there is no need for dates if there is certainty to it.

Alongside Amber Rose, the two decided to give back for the holidays and volunteers for the Los Angles Mission to help the homeless on Saturday.

Fully appreciative of what he has come to garner with his success, the rapper assisted in serving lunches to those in need.

“It's just important [to give back] when you're very blessed,” said West, according to TheBoomBox.com.

Los Angles Mission, a non-profit organization, has dedicated itself to providing aid for those without homes.  Services include presenting food and offering employment.  They are also available to further aid those that might be dealing with substance abuse as they offer a platform to seek rehabilitation.

Services have been provided to the city's “Skid Row” district for over 70 years now.

“[It's nice to spread your blessing and take time out, especially during the holidays, to appreciate people who never get that appreciation.  It makes me feel really good to come out here with my family and I just thank ya'll [the Los Angeles Mission] for allowing us to be a part of this.

Alongside his Street Dreamz Foundation, Jeezy left the kids with quite a treat as he brought them to Justin's Restaurant in Atlanta on Sunday night.  There, the underprivileged youth were also presented with gifts to help usher in Christmas.

Coming from lifestyles with families that learned to live without, Jeezy, along with members of the foundation, found it necessary to play the big brother role and help to ensure that the children are directed in the right path and make life a little bit easier knowing that someone is aware of their struggle.

Fresh off a demolition of instrumentals from his mixtape Enemy of the State: A Love Story, along with recording the track “Solar Midnite” for the box office movie smash Twilight: New Moon, Mr. Fiasco has dug his foot deep into the dirt and has pushed his way back into listeners' ears.

Be on the lookout for another mixtape, Friend of the People, that should be dropping on Christmas.

Along with the music aspect of his life, Lupe has also been trekking with plans of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro which was sponsored by Hewlett-Packard.  He is even in the process of making a trip to Africa.

During a discussion with Jessie Maguire, the rapper spoke on his recent mixtape and the inspiration behind it.

“I was playing with different joints that sounded cool and Enemy of the State had so many pieces and parts and I felt like I was the enemy of the state of what was going on in Hip Hop.  I always felt like that, like I was always the underdog or the guy that was supposed to bring balance.”

Hip Hop music has come to a stalemate and Lupe feels that it was necessary to enter the ring once again to shake up the foundation, even if it was only but a sample.

“I just felt it needed that raw injection of Lupe Fiasco, over the top, lyrical, what have you and just play it out like that.  It wasn't even really for the movie.  I didn't pull it from the movie or anything like that, it was more so making that statement.”

Several Tea Party members are upset that Christmas Carols are not being sung in public schools anymore, and in true lunatic fashion, they are looking to the government for assistance.

Under the “Freedom to Present Christmas Music in Public School Classrooms or Assemblies” initiative. The move would require schools to play traditional Christmas carols for students with the penalty for not doing so being legal action.

Most public schools currently allow the playing of Christmas music as long as it is not religiously based and is not used to promote one religious belief over another.

That would allow Jingle Bells to be sung but not Noel.

There is no word on whether the initiative is actually being taken seriously.

Partnering up with voiceskins.com, Uncle Snoop will now be launching his own GPS system.  The VoiceSkin will be available for download for drivers that utilize the TomTom GPS navigation systems.

Using the application, drivers will be able to be directed to their desired location with the rapper's actual voice navigating them turn-by-turn.  Keeping things personal, users will also have the chance to download a “Points of Interest” file which will contain some of Snoop's favorite spots in his nesting grounds of Los Angeles.
