Kanye West and Ciara, among others, showed up for Vogue Paris editor Carine Roitfeld's Irreverent Dinner held during Paris' Fashion Week.

Apparently Halloween themed, Ci Ci arrived with Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci dressed as one of the bloodsucking members of the undead.

Kanye showed up as, well, Kanye.

Others in attendance included Uma Thurman, Karl Lagerfeld and Diane von Furstenberg.

It looks like music executive L.A. Reid is making major moves at his new label home Epic Records.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Atlanta duo Outkast will be signing a group deal with Reid, in addition to R&B singer Ciara.

The HR says:

Since taking over Sony Music's Epic Records in July, label chairman and X Factor judge L.A. Reid has been busy erasing the company's tarnished image and rebuilding its roster, which will soon include Outkast and Ciara, sources tell The Hollywood Reporter.

Reid has a long history with both acts, who were originally signed to his LaFace Records (label home to a young Usher, Pink and TLC).

In 1994, LaFace, which had entered into a joint venture partnership with Sony's Arista Records in 1989, released Outkast's debut album, Southern-playalisticadillacmuzik.

Ten years later, with Reid nearing the end of his presidency at Arista, the duo's Speakerboxxx/The Love Below sold 11 million copies and won six Grammy awards.

Hip-Hop fans have been yearning for a new Outkast album, so this news comes as a pleasant surprise.

Atlanta rapper Future ("Tony Montana," "Racks") also inked a deal with Reid's Epic Records. Sorry if that ruined the story for anyone.

The rapper who made headlines last week for dissing both Jay-Z and Beyonce invited a slew of celebrity guests including his Young Money family---Drake and Nicki Minaj as well as Ciara.

Nicki, who was previously spotted rocking a ninja mask, toned down her look and rocked a form fitting pink dress with candy curls and bright makeup.

Ciara was spotted Thursday at New York's Beekman Beach Club alongside DJ Skribble for the Station Invasion Concert Tour, presented by Radio Maliboom Boom.

At the exclusive waterfront concert, guests raised a glass to summer with Malibu's signature Liquid Sunshine (1 ½ part Malibu, 1 part pineapple juice, 1 part orange juice, splash of club soda over ice) and had the chance to watch Ciara perform her hits.

As previously reported Ciara is believed to be the newest signee to L.A. Reid's Epic Records and is working on new material.

In the meantime Ci Ci is traveling to Dallas for the next stop of the Radio Station Invasion Tour and soon after Taio Cruz will pick up the show in L.A. for the cross-country summer bash Malibu Style.

On Thursday CiCi donned an all white leather outfit to perform the tracks “Goodies,” “Ride,” and a few other classic hits including the Southern swag-drenched “Oh.”

Antonio L.A. Reid's first big move as as head of Epic Label Group may be bringing singer Ciara to the label.

According to reports, Ciara will reunite with L.A. Reid, at his new Sony venture, after being released from her contract with Jive earlier this year.

Reports also stated that Reid is looking to bring Usher, Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez to Epic.

Joining Reid could be epic for Ciara and help breathe life back into her career.

Her last album Basic Instinct was a commercial flop, selling just 37,000 copies in it's first week.

Music Mogul Devyne Stephens Tuns 40, Has Celeb Packed B-Day Party

Sunday night in Atlanta, UpFront Megatainment music mogul Devyne Stephens celebrated his 40^th birthday in lavish style.

Entitled "Devyne Stephens' 40th Birthday Extravaganza: Fantasy Island," the affair took place at Devyne's Dreamland" private mansion and was complete with a laser show, hula dancers greeting guests, and a stunning performance by R&B newcomers Timothy Bloom and V. Bozeman.

Stephens arrived via helicopter at the mansion, which was packed with celebrities including LA Lakers' Ron Artest, Ciara, Akon, Jasmine Guy, Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, LisaRaye, Frank Walker (Minnesota Vikings), Takeo Spikes (San Francisco 49ers), Julius Erving, Too Short, T-Mo of Goodie Mobb), Dallas Austin, Q from 112, V103 personalities Frank Ski and Ryan Cameron; WXIA-TV's Brenda Wood, Roger Bobb, Atlanta City Councilman Kwanza Hall and Kenny Leon.

The music mogul was also joined by all of the ‘Real Housewives' minus Nene Leakes; Kandi Burruss, Sheree Whitfield, Cynthia Bailey and Phaedra Parks.

Ciara took her talents to Las Vegas this weekend for a performance at the Paris Hotels' nightclub where she posed for pictures with fans and sang a number of her hits.

As previously reported, The Chateau Night Club & Gardens brings out a slew of celebrity guests and recently brought out Nicki Minaj for an appearance.

Friday was Ciara's night to shine however and the ATL songstress posed for pictures with a lollipop while showing off her trim and toned abs.

Samsung threw a star-studded launch party yesterday (May 12) for its latest gadget the Infuse 4G which featured a number of celebrity guest.

The shindig featured a performance by Nicki Minaj and and was attended by a host of her celebrity friends including J Hud and Kelly Rowland.

R&B singer Ciara has been spotted at NY Knicks' games this season and out at a few spots on the arm of All-Star power forward Amar'e Stoudemire. Since Cici's relationship with 50 Cent, she hasn't been too outgoing with revealing elements of her private life.

However in a recent interview with HipHollywood's Kevin Frazier, he apparently cracked the code and got her to shed a little light on her dealings with the baller.

“Just interviewed Ciara and she admitted that she and Amare are indeed a couple. She was very shy about it and said, ‘you know I don't talk about my personal life,' but when I pushed she shook her head laughed and said yes they are a couple. She added that this is a very happy time in her life and that she is really enjoying herself! She and Amare were snapped at a party after the Met Gala last night.”

This may be the closest thing we'll get to a confirmation from both sides for now. Stay tuned.
