Pusha T assures fans that the Re-Up Gang's Long Live The Caine mixtape is on the way. In an interview with FUSE's 'Hip Hop Shop,' the G.O.O.D. Music rapper, and one half of the Clipse, relayed that he is just excited about the project as his faithful listeners.

“The Long Live The Cain mixtape is something that's going to go back to what you guys know as the Re-Up Gang…” says Push A Ton. “It's so crazy man, I actually can't really wait for it because you've heard me, you've heard [Ab] Liva sporadically this year. And for some reason people act as if though Malice, ya know, once you have it you don't have it anymore. Or they act as if though, they don't know where he's going to go.”

Pusha is referring to his older brother, and the other half of Clipse, who last year released a book called Wretched, Pitiful, Poor, Blind and Naked. Malice has focused more on his spirituality lately, causing some to think it will adversely impact his music. However, Pusha is quick to disagree with any such theories.

“Me personally, I heard him the same way when he was rhyming on the first Re-Up Gang mixtapes,” says Malice. “I don't know why people are even questioning what's it going to be. He always was the more introspective one. He always was the more, to me the more thought provoking and the more consequential of the three of us.”

Malice continues, “Why the big question today? Because he took time off, wrote his book—a successful book, an awesome book. Why the question about the music? I have no clue, but I can't wait to show everybody.”

The Re-Up Gang roster is currently Malice, Pusha and Ab-Liva. Pusha's proper full length G.O.O.D. Music debut—last year's Fear Of God II: Let Us Pray was an EP—is due sometime in 2012. As for Long Live The Caine, it's in the works.

“Right now it's all about finding the right music," says Pusha. "Everybody's waiting on it. But I'm definitely not going to just throw something out there so people can tear it apart, at all. So right now it's about finding the right music and stashing it away. Once we get that solid body [claps], then going forward.”

Last night at a show hosted by the good folks at Rap Radar, G.O.O.D. Music rapper Pusha T entered to "What Dreams Are Made Of" setting off a blast of energy in NYC's Gramercy Theater. Push A Ton kicked most of his recent work—a notable exception is the "Sweet Freestyle," which is thought to be a Drake diss—as well as a few older records.  Rocking out to a packed house, Pusha decided to make some announcements towards the end of his set.

"2012 G.O.O.D. Music Album...2012 Pusha T Solo Album...2012 New Re-Up Gang Music...2012-2013 New Clipse Album, yeauck," Push told the packed audience.

We already heard Kanye make the announcement about the G.O.O.D. Music Album, and fully expected Pusha to follow.  The surprise was that the Clipse will be officially returning towards the end of next year, early 2013. Pusha's older brother and Clipse co-d Malice has been going through life changes, including a potential name change.  It will be interesting to see the direction the new project takes.

Rap fans won't have to wait much longer to hear the collaboration between Pusha T and Cali rap group Odd Future.

In an interview with The BVX, G.O.O.D.'s resident coke rapper spoke about the song he recorded with OF for his upcoming Fear Of God 2 album.

"I'm keeping a couple of those joints from the first mixtape but added other joints and other features," Pusha said about forthcoming album. "We got some surprises. Ye is there. Odd Future's there. That's a couple gems. The beat just sounds so demonic. But I actually have to give it an [official] title. I tweeted the news the other day, when I finished it. I think we got one. It's the three of us – Tyler, Hodgy Beats and me."

One half of the Clipse continued to talk about his collabo with Odd Future in more details, "Tyler's such a fan, came to our video and said, ‘Yo, I have three beats that I made for you … and just know they're for you. Please … hear it.' He sends them over … I was like this is aight, this is aight, but the third one. He said, ‘I put a verse on it and Hodgy put a verse on it.' [You're] gonna be so amazed at the marriage, some things don't always mesh man. But these guys are super-super talented. I can't wait for the world to see each of our talents collide."

The Pusha and Wolf Gang collab comes as no surprise. Speculations that the acts were working together grew when a picture of Tyler, The Creator and Pusha T, on the set of  Pusha's"My God" video shoot, appeared on internet earlier this year.

Fear Of God 2 is due out June 21st, on G.O.O.D Music/Re-up Gang/Decon Records.
