Frank Ocean performed in a handful of limited engagement shows this past winter and doesn't have much experience performing solo, however he'll get a crash course this summer when he gets the chance to take on Coldplay's massive European crowds. As for Jay-Z's latest product, Rita Ora, she will be splitting dates for the first half of the tour.

Jay-Z has been named as the closing act at the iHeartRadio Music Festival, taking place on September 23-24 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Jigga will perform at the MGM Grand event with a star studded line up that includes, Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys, Usher, Lady Gaga, Coldplay, Steven Tyler, Black Eyed Peas, Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney, Jane's Addition, John Mayer, David Guetta, Rascal Flatts, Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson, Sublime with Rome and Sting.

Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, iHeartRadio Music Festival, is a two-day music event created by Clear Channel Radio that will mark the biggest live concert festival in radio history.

iHeartRadio Music Festival Announced
A slew of celebrities are set to converge on Las Vegas this fall for a two-day music festival sponsored by one of the biggest names in radio.

Clear Channel Radio has announced their first ever iHeartRadio Music Festival, a two-day music event that will mark the biggest live concert festival in radio history.

Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, the event will take place at the MGM Grand for two consecutive nights, September 23 and 24.

Included in the all-star lineup is Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys, Black Eyed Peas,  Coldplay, Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood, John Mayer, Bruno Mars and Jane's Addiction.

There will also be special performances from Usher and Sting.

Live audio and video streams of the iHeartRadio Music Festival will be available online, via mobile devices at www.iHeartRadio.com and across all of Clear Channel's radio station websites.

Throughout the summer-long promotion, Ryan and his colleagues will be giving hundreds of listeners a dream trip to Vegas to win tickets to the one-of-a-kind, two-day festival.

The charity auction site is currently featuring tickets to the invitation only, intimate concert headlined by Jay-Z and Coldplay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas on December 31st all to benefit a great cause.

With a combination of 16 albums, 90 awards and over 230 award nominations between Jay-Z and Coldplay, this is sure to be the show of a lifetime. The two A-list artists are slated to each play an individual set, in addition to a joint performance, for the collaboration for the decade.

The VIP tickets are part of the ultimate New Year's Eve package being auctioned on charitybuzz to benefit The Grammy Foundation. Previously working with Coldplay, Empire of the Sun, Bono of U2 and many others, Jay is ensuring that he won't just make music that only Hip-Hop heads will bob to.

His latest upcoming collaboration is with Jack White, known as a member of The White Stripes along with The Raconteurs.

During an interview with GQ, White spoke more on the upcoming project between himself and Jay.

“I just did a record with Jay-Z.  We did a song together a few weeks ago. It was incredible. I played him something that I've been kicking around for a while and he immediately came out with words for it. It's unbelievable-sounding.”

As days continue to progress, the rapper from Marcy is evolving more into Euro-Jay.  He said it himself, he's not a businessman, he's a business man.

The more he keeps experimenting, who knows exactly how his next release will shape up to be.

Stepping away from jerseys and white tee's to replace them with the corporate suit and tie, the man known as Shawn Carter has urged others to step their game up and take a more grown approach. For the rapper, this means doing certain things that people would never expect from the Brooklyn MC.

According to Eurweb.com, the rapper has stated that he might adapt a hobby of singer Chris Martin, from Coldplay, and start doing yoga. The relationship between the two first began to emerge with Kingdom Come as Jay made his return to the microphone. Since then the two have mixed their sounds on numerous occasions.

"Chris hasn't tried to get me to do yoga yet but I am close to doing it. I'm envious of what he can do on stage. Watching him is amazing, he can really move. I want to be able to move like that, get my leg behind my ear, things like that."

Already known for his ever growing experimental side in an attempt to evolve his sound, Jigga has stated an urge to work with more artists outside of the Hip-Hop genre. U2 frontman, Bono, has caught the attention of Hov as he stated his admiration for the singer's longevity and success in the music world. Jack White, of the White Stripes, has also caught the rapper's eye and has been placed on his radar.

The leader of Roc Nation recently stepped in to defend his baby brother Kanye West. Stating that the VMA incident wasn't as serious as it's become, he even decided to step to rapper 50 Cent who stated that he would have blacked Ye's eye had he came up and interrupted his acceptance speech. Hov assured 50 that had it been him, the same issue could have arisen and affirmed the fact that no one is afraid of him.

Beef between the two first started with 50's song “How to Rob” which Jay easily responded to by saying “I'm all about my dollars, who the Fawk is 50 Cent.” Only time will tell if there will be a round 2 between the giants and maybe Jay will be the one to slay the dragon.

Jay also recently made headlines finally addressing the Game who appears to be vying for a spot as his arch-nemsis. In an interview with British radio personality, Tim Westwood, he calls him out mockingly, saying:

“Ooooh you hurt my feelings.....Tell groupie to get over it!”

He also put the rumors to rest about him blocking Chris Brown's BET performance.

“That's the silliest rumor I ever heard…. Let me categorically deny that. That's not even my style. If I gotta problem with Chris Brown, I gotta problem with Chris Brown. I haven't said anything…I haven't said anything live or behind the scenes. I don't agree with what he did and that's it. That's the end of it. But as far as not letting him perform on the BET awards, that's just ridiculous that's stupid.”

Jiggaman's new album, The Blueprint 3, is also scheduled to hit stores on September 11, eight years to the day of the original The Blueprint release.
