Curren$y Says A New Mixtape With Wiz Khalifa Is Done [VIDEO]

Curern$y and Wiz Khalifa are in fact collaborating again on another mixtape, but it will not be called How Fly 2. The twos highly touted first collaborative effort How Fly came out close to three years ago, but calling it a part 2 would be "corny" according to Spitta. "You'll hear a collection of music from me and the homie when it's necessary, but it's done. We just chilling. I'm still listening to dude's verses and Isht still. We just chilling. Curren$y drops the video for "Fast Cars, Faster Women," featuring Dogg Pound delegate Daz. The song is off Spitta's new album, The Stone Immaculate, which is dropping June 5th.

The New Orleans rapper, the West Coast vet and a bunch of their homies hang out, smoke a gang of weed, or course, and watch some burlesque styled dancers do their thing. Watch the clip for "Fast Cars, Faster Women" below.

As the release date of his major label debut approaches, Curren$y previewed his forthcoming album The Stoned Immaculate at the Diamond Supply Co. in Los Angeles, Wednesday (May 2).

Hosted by Karen Civil, the Jet Life MC greeted a select number of listeners in attendance before introducing the music. The record, dropping June 5, features appearances from Wiz Khalifa, Pharrell, 2 Chainz, and more.

Talib Kweli Preps Prisoner of Conscious Tour

Talib Kweli is headed back on the road. The Brooklyn MC will promote his forthcoming album with the accompanying Prisoner of Conscious tour kicking-off next month at the Fete Music Ballroom, in Providence, R.I.

Kweli recently dropped the video for the album's lead single “Distractions.” The Oh No-produced track runs along the lines of much of what we have grown to expect from the Black Star member, and serves as a precursor to the multifaceted tone of the project. His sixth solo effort also features appearances from some of the game's most respected performers including Busta Rhymes RZA, Curren$y, Kendrick Lamar, and Melania Fiona.

No doubt, the 36-year-old has been heavy in the lab these days, releasing his We Run This, Vol 7 mixtape earlier this week, which includes the Ace Hood-assisted banger, “Let Em In.”

Be on the lookout for the Prisoner of Conscious tour beginning May 18, and the album, which is slated for a summer release.

Mac Miller took to Twitter to drop a new record called "Cold." The Pittsburgh rapper recruits Curren$y Spitta to drop a verse and lyrically certify that they're the "coldest motherf-ckas in the room," while the bass heavy track is provided by Chuck Inglish of the Cool Kids.

No word on where exactly this song will land, but listen to and download "Cold" below, on quality headphones or speakers.
