J. Cole brought his Dollar & A Dream tour to an epic finish with not one, but two sold out shows at L.A.’s Belasco Theater Wednesday night (July 23).
On his second Dollar & A Dream tour run and in honor of The Warm Up‘s fifth anniversary, J. Cole took over New York City’s Highline Ballroom as he hurdled through cuts from his critically acclaimed project.
To celebrate the fifth anniversary of the debut of his critically-acclaimed mixtape The Warm Up, J. Cole penned a heartfelt letter to his fans. Not only did he deliver that message via his website, he also world-premiered the long-awaited visual to “Lights Please” in conjunction.
J. Cole released his breakout The Warm Up mixtape five long years ago. And while things have certainly changed for the Roc Nation MC since then (he’s currently the CEO of his own imprint, Dreamville Records, through Interscope Records), he’s dedicated the second annual “Dollar & A Dream” Tour to his longtime fans.
