Donnell Rawlings aka Ashy Larry of Chapelle’s Show fame got into fisticuffs outside of a Philadelphia eatery over an allegedly unpaid bill. It turns out the comedian was just trying to smoke a cigarette but the waitress thought he was trying to dine and dash.
