He's also nominated for Artist Of The Year and Juno Fan Choice Award for Canada's premiere music awards show.

Last year Drake hosted the Juno Awards but went home empty handed after being nominated for six trophies.

In 2010, he won two Junos for “Best New Artist” and “Best Rap Recording Of The Year.” This year Drake goes up against  Swollen Members, D-Sisive, Classified and Kardinal Offishall for Rap Recording Of The Year honors.

The Juno Awards will be held on April 1st in Ottawa on the CTV network.

MTV will announce the bottom 5 next week and will show the debate for the Top 5 on February 19 @ 10:30 P.M. on MTV2.

Can't wait to see how this list turns as several people up here seem to have made the list because of longevity but didn't drop anything remotely hot this year but that's for them to decide.

Ericka Lee, reportedly the female voice on the staged phone call for the song, says she and Drake were lovers and business partners for a time in 2010. Lee filed the suit Thursday (February 2) in a California federal court where she states that the pair often collaborated on lyrics and poems. The suit further says that a verbal agreement between the two to craft “Marvin's Room” was originally supposed to be an even split in royalties. The complaint says that Lee's contribution to the song was “highly significant.”

Lee says she received phone texts from Drake that support her songwriter claims, with one reading, “U basically made that song.” Lee was credited as “Syren Lyric Muse” for the song and the two were said to have registered the recording last July, as Lee was confirmed as the featured voice. Drake's label, Cash Money Records, filed a claim as well that said the work was done as an “employer for hire” transaction.

Lee continued saying that after the release of the song, the relationship with Drake swiftly ended and subsequent talks were said to have happened. Lee hired a lawyer last November after reported fruitless attempts on her end to make an amicable deal went unmet.

Neither Drake nor his label has addressed the suit publicly.

UPDATE: Drake, via a statement from one of his reps, has denied Ericka Lee's claims: "This claim is entirely without merit and our client has not engaged in any wrongful conduct. Ericka Lee consented to the use of her voice in the song 'Marvin's Room' prior to its release. Lee asked only for the credit she received as 'Syren Lyric Muse,' and she did not ask for any compensation. It was only after she retained a lawyer that there was a demand for payment. Drake tried for months to resolve the matter amicably, and he now looks forward to being vindicated in court."

The Cocaine Records founder is the newest addition to the Bad Boy team, and with a new label situation on the books, he's focused on cranking out more music with a forthcoming Coke Boys mixtape. According to Montana, even though it's been three years since he's dropped a Cocaine City DVD, he has every intention of revisiting the very project that helped get his name in the streets. "When I shifted to the music, I put the Cocaine sh*t to the side. You know, out of sight out of mind. I've only been focused on rap. But when I come back with it, the fans will be like, 'Whoa, we forgot he had this.'"

What started out as a way to increase his fan base, turned into a platform for him to interview both major and underground artists, but despite the hiatus he's confident that the public will continue to support the DVDs. "I think that people will still love it. It'll still be that potent product. It's still the stuff you don't see on TV. People love the controversy."

In the midst of his busy schedule Montana makes sure to remain devoted to his wife of five years, and his toddler son. "The most beautiful thing is making him smile," he said. Yet even though he's off the market, that didn't stop him from shelling out relationship advice on getting a woman's attention. "Tips? When I holler at women, I just let them know that I'm married and if I get with them, it's a one night stand. Nah, I'm just joking. [Laughs.] Hollering at ladies—the tips I give people—ladies know what they wanna do when they first speak to you. They already decided if they're gonna give you some pu**y. They're smarter than you."

Since he made headlines for implying that Drake wanted to fight Common, while talking up his own appearance on the "Stay Schemin'" diss, he finally set the record straight. This time around, Montana steered clear of making anymore jokes about the Young Money MC's softer side, revealing that Drizzy would never even think of getting physical. "What I said, that was a joke," he explained. "But they ran with it like Drake really told me he wanted to fight or something. It was just a joke. I feel like rap is a sport, and if it wasn't for stuff like that, it would be boring."
