At the Freshman Live Tour on Monday (April 9) in NYC, XXL asked Iggy if she felt some type of way about the former first lady of Ruff Ryders not feeling her steelo. “I like Eve,” she said. “Everybody is different, everybody hasn't lived out of the box and for you to even know if it's real, you have to kind of be an out-the-box person or somebody who likes something they're not suppose to [like]. A girl like her that raps is expected, so, how could you understand something so different?”

The Aussie femcee went on to say that ultimately  she could care less how E-V-E feels. “I'm not mad at [Eve] for not understanding it,” she continued. “How could you if you've never been ostracized or loved something you weren't suppose to love? Everything you've loved you're allowed to love, so, how could you understand me? Thus, how could you know if it's real? I used to be like, ‘It is real, let me prove it to you. Now, I don't care if you think it's real or not because it's what I love, it's my life. I don't put my story all out there for you because I don't need to put my story out there and prove it. I don't give a f-ck if you think I am or not 'cause that girl in the crowd understand it and that's who it's for, if you don't then it's not for you.”

The recent Grand Hustle signee also addressed other female MCs who have come at  her neck, like Azealia Banks who chastised her appearance on XXL's 2012 Freshman cover over her infamous, “Runaway Slave Master,” line. Iggy chalked up Banks' barking and other shots to the spirit of competition and said she isn't sweating it.  “Females are competitive like that and that's how it is,” she said.  "I don't take offense to it."

Unlike what has tragically become the norm today, before the need to be an Internet star muddied the waters of the culture's authenticity, there were risk taking female rhymers who wanted nothing more than a platform to showcase their artistry. In honor of Women's History Month we're shinning a light on the female MCs who changed music for the better. While the discussion as to whether or not their successors have dropped the ball remains debatable, in the meantime peep some of the women who laid down a proper path for female rappers in Hip-Hop game.

In the past, several rappers have been caught with their pants down, literally, having their “home” videos leaked to the public. Some of them were disclosed by the artists themselves, some by sneaky ex-lovers and others were made up all together.

Here are 10 rappers who got caught up when their most intimate moments were posted on the Internets for all to see. Whether they were real or not.

The Ghost provides an in studio video as he throws a few bars over Miguel's "Sure Thing" record. In a recent report, DMX said that the Ruff Ryders will be reuniting and going on tour very soon. The LOX and Eve were the last members that were due to sign on, so hopefully this becomes official in the coming weeks.

The Ruff Ryders compilation album is scheduled for release November 21, 2011 with a brand new video for “Freaky” the single features, Akon, Jadakiss, Mook and Shella.

Partnering with Fontana/Universal Distribution, Ruff Ryders Indy Inc. the compilation also features Ruff Ryder mainstays DMX, Jadakiss, Styles P, Sheek, Eve, Swizz Beatz and Drag-On.

Debut Rap Albums To Go No. 1

J. Cole entered an elite class when his debut album Cole World: The Sideline Story debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

Believe it or not, most of your favorite rappers didn't land at the top spot when their first album hits the stores.

Not Jay-Z, not Nas, not Eminem, not even Tupac and Biggie.

Ruff Ryders Owe $1 Million In Taxes!

In order to get DMX, Eve, Drag-On and the rest of the Ruff Ryders crew, the label used old-fashioned street team tactics that involved stickers and posters.

According to the NY Daily News, the house Dee and Wah built owes the city of New York more than $1 million for plastering promo posters.

Finance Commissioner David Frankel, told the press that the label imprint based in Yonkers put up 3,400 illegal posters.

I'm not sure how these fines work and I'm surprised a label like Def Jam isn't at the top of the list for illegal promo items. Maybe they paid their bill while the Ryders didn't.

Either way, the Ruff Ryders have recently sparked things up again so hopefully they can generate money to take care of this tax debt.

Rapper Eve is the subject of new promo pictures as she preps her new Lip Lock album.

As previously reported, Eve's been slowly but surely working her way back into the music scene, most recently performing at the National Breast Cancer Coalition's benefit concert to an array of waiting fans.

And while the pitbull in a skirt won't be releasing her highly anticipated album till early 2012, she's keeping fans at bay with new promo pictures.

As promised Eve performed at the National Breast Cancer Coalition's benefit concert last night to an array of waiting fans.

The 4th Annual Open A.I.R: "Artist In Residence" Summer Concert took place in New York and featured a live Ustream for fans across the globe who missed Evey Eve in the flesh.

Eve rocked a head to toe black ensemble complete with leather leggings and a matching black hat while performing her hits like "Who's That Girl."
