After milking “Exhibit C” of all that it is worth, Jay Electronica finally unveils a new track for fans to bite into.

While there is still NO word on a date for a project from the rapper, it must always just be commended to at least have something new.

And oh yeah Diddy, keeps your hands away from Electronica, the fans don't need you trying to f**k up a song yelling.

Being under the radar for quite some time, singer Bobby V  has seemed to very quiet on the solo tip since the release of his 2009 album Rebirth.

Apparently the singer has been brewing up some heat behind closed doors as the singer teams up with DJ Drama and DJ Sense to drop the mixtape 60 Minutes.

With features from Lil Boosie, Gucci Mane, Nicki Minaj and others, Bobby V  even take a crack at tackling Jay Electronica's “Exhibit C”.

Kwon and Jay Elect will join the Hip-Hop veteran at this year's fest when it takes place this spring at San Bernadino's  Nos Events Center.

While Jay and Cube have signed on to give solo performances Raekwon has opted to be joined on stage by Tech N9Ne.

Following Kwon and Tech N9Ne on stage will be Daz Dillinger and Kurupt of Tha Dogg Pound right before Jay Electronica hits the stage.

Also slated to perform is Murs who'll be joined by super producer Ninth Wonder, Dom Kennedy, Curren$y, Freeway & Jake One and Dilated Peoples.

Hosted by Angela Yee and DJ Wonder, 2010's Paid Dues Festival takes place April 3.

“We had it ready to go on New Years, but we didn't have the Nas verses yet and people had been waiting so long that we didn't wanna do it like that.”

Leave it to Nas to keep material on hold.  First it was waiting on a verse on Raekwon's Only Bulit 4 Cuban Linx 2, to recreate “Verbal Intercourse”, then an alleged verse for Jay Z and now Jay Electronica with Act II: The Turn (Patients of Nobility).

As Hip Hop waited for the project between Jay Electronica and Just Blaze to drop on New Year's and it didn't, one of the reasons has finally come to the surface.

There is hope, however, as the duo were finally able to grab what they needed from Nas and finish the project, which they say is done and should actually be dropping any day now.  They are already in the process of creating another project.

Catching up with DJ Green Lantern's Invasion radio, the duo also spoke on a three way deal with Decon and Electronica's audio-visual project and trying to maintain the independence that they have built such momentum from.

"We started this out independently, so before we get into bed really with even entertaining any majors, we want to finish this grind independently cause that's where it started at.  Some people that start out indie, somebody throws a million dollars at them and they jump.  It's like, ‘I don't need your million dollars.'  We good.

Jay also addresses his rant on Twitter which was actually just some line taken from his song “Swagger Jackson's Revenge” and dealing with those that choose to bring negativity in his direction.

“I'm the kind of dude [where] I feel like I always come in peace.  You don't have to like me, but I come in peace.  We don't have to like each other, but peace.  So if you at a show sayin ‘Boo' in the audience, F*ck Me?  F*ck You because I come in peace.”

This day and age, the DJ has transformed into an engine that drives what the crowd wants and is barely ever the leader of the pack as some are only following to what is deemed as being hot.

The issue might now be facing DJ Enuff from Hot 97 as he is now coming to question why he is not giving rapper Jay Electronica the proper promotion for his latest offering “Exhibit C.”

Enuff recently hit Twitter to air out some of his grievances as he seems to be looking in the mirror and placing his own morals on the line.

I'm listening to Jay Electronica's latest tune Exhibit C Produced by Just Blaze.  It is so good.  I think its lyrical and the production is solid.  Reminds me of some early Nas stuff, Then I ask my self: Why is it not spinning on the radio?  At least during my time slot?  Is it because there's no dance tied to it?  Is it because it's not yet on BET's Top Ten Countdown?  Does it have to be a Club Banger?  The radio isn't a club.  So why not Good solid Hip Hop?  I have it on my website.  I battle myself all the time when it comes to the radio.  The job I love so much.  I could make it the Heavy Hitter Pick of the week with no problem.  Then what?  I need HELP with this one.  Any Suggestions Re: Real Hip Hop is Fading.

Questioning such a thing seems to question his own integrity as a DJ.  Why seek guidance for something that he already knows is a hot song?  What would be the point in following suit when there is a possibility that him exposing the track could serve as an outlet to further expose Electronica and his craft.
