Donna Simpson Eats 30,000 Calorie X-Mas Dinner
A New Jersey woman attempting one of the unhealthiest records all all-time used her Christmas dinner to get her Guinness hopes all the way turned up.

As part of her attempt to become the fattest woman in the world (1,000lbs), Donna Simpson, mother of two who already weighs 643 lbs, ate enough food for 15 people.

The woman reportedly inhaled two 25-pound turkeys, two maple-glazed hams, 15 pounds of potatoes, a 10-pounds roast, five pounds of mashed, five loaves of bread, 5 pounds of herb stuffing, three liters of gravy, three liters of cranberry dressing and a mouth dropping 20 pounds of vegetables.

She topped it all of with "salad" made of marshmallow, cream cheese, whipped cream and cookies.

In all, the meal fit for a giant totaled over 30, 000 calories.

There's no shame in Simpson's game. "I eat as much as I want, whenever I want but at this time of year I really go all out,” she says. "Christmas should give you carte blanche to do whatever you want."

She already holds the Guinness record for the largest woman ever to give birth. It took 30 medics to deliver her daughter, by way of Caesarean in 2007.

She weighed 531 lbs.

Simpson makes a living from being overly obese by being paid to make public appearances.

She even has a website where people can pay to watch her eat.

In order to achieve that hefty goal 42-year-old Donna Simpson is trying to eat as much as possible in two years to help her reach her goal weight of 1,000 pounds.

Simpson who wears a size XXXXXXXL in clothes, boasts that she eats large amounts of junk food and tries to move as little as possible.

She now reportedly uses a mobile scooter when she goes out shopping, spends $750 a week on food and can only walk 20 feet without getting tired.

The mother to 3-year-old Jacqueline broke a record when a team of 30 doctors delivered her daughter by cesarean section when she was 532 pounds, making her the largest woman to ever give birth.

She tells the Daily Mail,

“My favorite food is sushi, but unlike others I can sit and eat 70 big pieces of sushi in one go. I do love cakes and sweet things, doughnuts are my favorite.”

Her husband, 150-pound Phillipe loves her size and is encouraging her new goal.

She currently makes a living owning a website where men can pay money to watch her eat.

Designed to combat the health devouring monster known as obesity, which is especially prevalent within the Black community, faculty and staff at the Philadelphia Historically Black College have instituted a program on campus  aimed to force students to shed pounds at the risk of not being able to graduate when the time comes to do so.

"We know we're in the midst of an obesity epidemic," explained chairman of Lincoln's department of health, physical education and recreation, James L. DeBoy. "We have an obligation to address this head on, knowing full well there's going to be some fallout."

Though obviously created in good spirit, the move comes as a rude awakening for many clinically obese students at the campus, of which, many are in the midst of their senior year.

Most argue that the mandate only singles out bigger students, whereas, if it were actually meant to increase the health awareness of students on campus by promoting physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle, all students would be involved, not just the ones that appear to be fat or in need of a “change.”

According to clinical standards, a normal body mass index ranges from 18.5 to 24.9 with anyone ranging above those figures considered medically obese. Lincoln Students that reside among that range are required to successfully take “Fitness for Life,” which can be classified as a glorified gym class that meets for three hours a week.

As of the start of Fall semester, 16% of Lincoln's senior class has not had their BMI taken or attempted to complete the course.
