ACLU Charges FBI With Racism

The American Civil Liberties Union has accused the FBI of the racial profiling of minorities through systematic analysis.

Standing their claims on FBI documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, the ACLU said the Feds use a systematic way for racially profiling, linking criminal behaviors with certain racial and ethics groups, according to a report by the Huffington Post.

The Union also claims the FBI then uses U.S census data to map the location of those communities in order to launch investigations.

In a statement to Attorney General Eric Holder, the ALCU said it possesses "grave concerns about the overbroad investigative authorities." They also pointed out mounting evidence, "that the FBI is illegally and unconstitutionally targeting innocent Americans for investigation based upon their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, and political activities protected under the First Amendment."

ACLU findings also noted that the FBI:

-- Noted an increase in the "black/African American populations in Georgia" and non-violent protests by the African-American community in the state after police shootings to identify potential threats from "Black Separatist" groups.
-- Used the fact that San Francisco is "home to one of the oldest Chinatowns in North America and one of the largest ethnic Chinese populations outside mainland China" to justify opening an investigation involving racial and ethnic mapping because within the community "there has been organized crime for generations."
--Used the threat posed by the criminal gang MS-13, originally started by Salvadoran immigrants, to justify broad investigations targeting Latino communities in Alabama, New Jersey and Georgia.
--Sought to collect information about Muslim and Arab communities in Michigan "because Michigan has a large Middle Eastern and Muslim population, [so] it is prime territory for attempted radicalization and recruitment by ... terrorist groups."

"Targeting entire communities for investigation based on erroneous stereotypes produces flawed intelligence,” said Michael German, ACLU senior policy counsel. “Experience shows that terrorists and criminals do not fit into neat racial or religious stereotypes -- law enforcement programs based on evidence and facts are effective, and a system of bias and mass suspicion is not."

LAPD: Detectives Have Exhausted Leads In Notorious B.I.G. Murder Case

LAPD Captain Kevin McClure, head of the department's Robbery Homicide Division, sounds like he's throwing in the towel on the case of The Notorious B.I.G.

"We have followed up on all of the leads we have at this time to the best of our ability. If anything new comes along we will certainly look at it," he said The Los Angeles Times reports.

Just a few days ago it was reported that the FBI released documents exposing an LAPD cover up of the shooting of Christopher "Biggie Smalls" Wallace.

The reports included belief that gang members affiliated with the police force aided the shooters escape and that he was killed with rare ammunition found in another investigation that was never brought up.

So the LAPD is waiting for something newer than the FBI reports from a case dating back to 1997. Protect and serve.

FBI Releases Documents On B.I.G. Murder; Rapper Killed With Rare Ammunition

The FBI recently shed new light on the circumstances surrounding the death of rapper Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace when it released case documents revealing some previously unknown information about the murder.

In the over 100 page documentation of the investigation, the Feds reveal that a number of gang-affiliated officers working with the Los Angeles Police Department may have aided the shooter's escape. Federal authorities also believe these same officers further disrupted the investigation, by failing to follow up on witness reports and purposefully disregarding witness statements.

The documents, which looks into the dealings of Death Row records in the investigation, also claims that the imprint was a label as well as a cocaine front, with wildly famous artists like Tupac Shakur and Snoop Dogg selling records while other employees service kilos of cocaine to the East coast.

The case files also reveal that Big was killed with Gecko 9mm armor piercing ammunition, which is unique to the United States and made in Germany. Police later searched the home of an unnamed Mob Piru Bloods gang member reportedly involved in the crime and recovered a 9mm handgun and Gecko rounds. However, according to the documents, ballistics test were never run.

At one point there were at least 10 witnesses with information about the murder, according to the documents. But they refused to divulge info to the LAPD.

Peep the entire revealing FBI case file below:

A controversial book is continuing to making headlines fort its message, one that claims that the FBI used one of the most notorious Hip-Hop labels in history as a means of suppression for Black activism.

Titled “The FBI War On Tupac Shakur and Black Leaders: U.S. Intelligence's Murderous Targeting of Tupac, MLK, Malcolm, Panthers, Hendrix, Marley, Rappers & Linked Ethnic Leftists”, the book was originally published in 2008 but is being highlighted again along with its accompanying DVD.

According to Author John Potash, Death Row Records was a sham—a front company that was

filled with police officers working to stifle the creative genius Tupac Shakur from distributing his message of activism.

He tells the Baltimore City Paper,

“I believe that Death Row Records, which included dozens and dozens of police officers at all levels, according to a high-level police officer that investigated them, was a front company and was trying to continue penal coercion and mess up [Tupac Shakur's] head. Death Row, of course, published the most negative songs he ever produced."

Potash, a Columbia University grad and former addictions counselor, admits that he doesn't have a real background in Hip-Hop but was compelled to spend ten years researching the death of Tupac after seeing a coincidence in the infamous Quad Recording Studios shooting and a time when Pac was previously arrested.

The link made him think that the rap legend was being targeted, much like his parents who were well known Black Panthers.

He tells the Baltimore City Paper,

“I knew some rap--like Public Enemy But I didn't really know Tupac Shakur at that time…one of the many strange twists in the case, the officer who raced to the scene after Shakur's friends called 911 was the same officer who arrested him a year ago…..So I called [Shakur's] New York trial lawyer and said, 'Do you think they're targeting him in the same way they targeted his activist parents? So that's how I got into it all."

He also tells the Batlitmore City Paper that U.S. Intelligence is known for controlling people through their thinking which posed a problem for Tupac who directly threatened their suppression tactic.

"What I think it was was that he had become the most influential black man in the black community in the country. CIA and U.S. intelligence, what they have to do is win the hearts and minds of the people. They don't want to control us by force, they want us to control ourselves by having us believe in a certain way--that we don't need national health care, for example. And here, Tupac was threatening to win over the hearts and minds of people, he was able to counter so much of the propaganda in the black community."

The DVD was screened Wednesday at Baltimore's Cyclops Books And Music and the book is available on Amazon.com

This morning in Austin, Texas, authorities say that a small plane has crashed into a seven-story office building located next to a FBI building.

Although initial reports indicated that this was probably an accident, authorities are investigating after hearing that the pilot of the plane set his house on fire prior to the crash.

Police say the man then went to Georgetown airport and stole a plane to deliberately crash into the building. Officials have told the Associated Press that one person is unaccounted for and two people were taken to the hospital.

The Department of Homeland Security has stated that there was no reason to believe that the crash was related to criminal or terrorist activity. The FBI building in which the plane was on course to crash into has offices with FBI agents as well as IRS agents. The name of the pilot has yet to be released as more information from investigations pours in.

Obviously people will go a long way to get out of paying taxes, Wesley Snipes where you at?

The Federal Bureau of Investigations is currently at a dead end in at least 33 civil rights cases. The cases range from police brutality to killings that occurred decades ago, many of them involving white police officers who shot black men or teenagers.

The FBI is asking for help from relatives of victims to help right the wrongs of the past. They are currently looking for family members to provide evidence or details on crimes, and in some cases, simply give status updates or tell them that their investigation has ended.

According to The Associated Press, among the cases is Johnny Robinson, a black teen shot by police in 1963 in the aftermath of the 16th Street Baptist Church bombing in Birmingham, Alabama. Another case is the killing of John Earl Reese, a 16-year-old who died in 1955 when two men fired shots on a black cafe in Gregg County, Texas.

One month ago, Maxi Sopo was a free man, resting deep within the embrace of hedonistic wiles. Now, he is probably resisting the aggressively persistent embrace of “Big” Bubba from cell block D, as federal authorities have finally apprehended the flighty criminal.

All thanks to the social networking behemoth known as Facebook.

Federal authorities claim the 26-year-old Cameroonian withdrew over $200,000 from several banks and credit unions in the Seattle area by way of fallacy-laced persuasive methods.

After hearing that law enforcement was closing in on him, the sly thief fled the U.S., opting to take residence in one of Mexico's premiere tourist locations.

Federal agents combed cyber space in an attempt to find info on Sopo with each search ending to no avail, that is, until the evasive bandit got cocky.

"He was making posts about how beautiful life is and how he was having a good time with his buddies,” remarked Michael Scoville, the U.S. Assistant Attorney that assisted in nabbing the new age robber. "He was definitely not living the way we wanted him to be living, given the charges he was facing."

Secret Service agent Seth Reeg found Sopo on the popular web destination boasting of “living in paradise” and loving it, even posting an inspirational note designed to enlighten the masses.

"LIFE IS VERY SIMPLE REALLY!!!BUT SOME OF US HUMANS MAKE A MESS OF IT...REMEMBER AM JUST HERE TO HAVE FUN PARTEEEEEEE."

Unbeknownst to the party-hopping fugitive, a new acquaintance that he met at a local club was also a member of the U.S. Justice Department, whom stateside officials contacted to help capture the former nightclub rose salesman.

When convicted, this moron could face up to 30 years in prison.

Now that is a whole heap o' man-love embracement time!
