Outkast won’t be the only Hip-Hop stars to grace the stage at Governor’s Ball 2014. The festival, which takes place at New York City’s Randall’s Island Park, announced the full line up today.
People went ballistic when official word got out that Outkast is headlining Coachella 2014. But that’s just the beginning, as the funky duo will also headline Governor’s Ball in New York City this summer.
