"In two months I'll be sentenced, 18 months from my kids/Don't know nothing about this weapon, it was nothing I did," spits Buck, who also asserts his innocence, and that he's no snitch, on the track. But it's not like Buck would have been staying at his now ex-home much in the coming month. A couple of days ago (see video below), the "Let Me In" rapper revealed that he would be heading back to jail for about two months. Although he didn't explain why he was going to the bing, a safe bet it has to do with the gun the feds found in his house during a raid back in 2010.

The 41-year-old also spoke with XXL about his upcoming jail sentence which he called a “set-back,” but stated that he has learned from his mistakes.“I'm disappointed. This is totally on me.  I'm gonna take my liquor on this one and just be smart. You're never too old to learn. I definitely realize that I can't act like everybody else. No matter how ghetto or no matter how much you keep it real, yeah, that Isht don't work.”

As if last year wasn't bad enough for rapper Charles Hamilton, the new year hasn't gotten off to a good start either.

Already in Cleveland county jail for a December 2010 felony assault charge, today (January 4) the troubled rapper was in court, where his mental health was questioned and he was referred to a psychiatric clinic.

According to a clerk for the Cayuga County Court of Common Pleas, Hamilton will be evaluated by the court's psychiatric facility to see if he is competent to stand trial in the case. H

e will not appear in court again until his mental health is evaluated.

As previously reported, Hamilton was arrested on Friday, December 10 in downtown Cleveland for assaulting two police officers and resisting arrest.

This isn't the first time the Cleveland rapper's sanity has been in question.

In 2010, Hamilton was treated at a mental health hospital.

Later in the year, the rapper was taped dancing with a wino on a street corner and rapping in a subway.

Coincidentally Atlanta rapper, Gucci Mane was also recently ordered to a mental treatment facility for 30 days, to see if he is competent to stand trial in his probation violation case.

Assange has been held in a British prison since being denied bail, and is waiting to be questioned over other unlawful activity apart from WikiLeaks. T

he journalist has received support from various celebrities, promising cash for his bail.

The founder is facing allegations over sex crimes regarding two women in Sweden. the Guardian has stated that Assange is prohibited from Tweeting during court.

Since then, T.I. has released another letter from jail thanking his fans for their support while he serves his 11-month sentence after violating his probation from his 2007 weapons charge.

"First off I'd like to thank everybody again for going out and supporting the “Hustle” yet again with “No Mercy” last week. I can't say enough on how much I appreciate the support and all the positive feedback," says T.I.

The southern rapper shares that even behind bars, he has been keeping up with tweets, letters, reviews and comments, for which he is extremely appreciative of.

"I read so many tweets, letters, reviews and comments that spoke volumes to how much love was still out there and how much respect still exists for my art and my passion. I put so much of myself into what I do. I even read over the negative comments cuz' that's the kind of energy I feed off of to adjust, evolve and improve my craft until it manifests into the closest thing to perfection on the next go-round."

T.I. say"s that he is currently deciding the next single, and enduring these circumstances is allowing him to build his character.

I love hearing your opinions on what songs you like most for the next singles. We are taking all of them into consideration as we decide right now on which direction to head in. I know this seems like an unfortunate set of circumstances to endure for a career with so much potential but remember adversity builds character and character takes you places money can't. A 26-year-old German policeman is facing serious disciplinary action after he was caught having sex with a woman in church in the middle of service.

The young officer of the law was seen engaging in the act by a woman that was visiting the Catholic church, located in Rennertshofen, as she visited holy building during early morning service. The woman and officer reportedly fled the scene upon discovery; unfortunately, witnesses recognized the duo and turned them in.

Hans-Peter Kammerer, spokesman for the regional police, told local media that the man is facing several disciplinary actions, including a charge of disturbing religious activities, which carries a three year prison sentence.

Nearly 739,000  men and women were imprisoned last year while an estimated 3,500 people released during the same period. Those numbers amount to an 0.8 percent annual growth in national prison population averages, significantly less than the 6.5 percent seen in the 90's.

Still, that number does not come close to the averages seen during “draft time” numbers, which were low due predominantly to the fact that young men were off dying in foreign lands against their will instead of committing crime and possibly dying in a filthy hovel that prison officials pass off as worthy domiciles.
