Jay-Z will be releasing his first book entitled Decoded on November 16th. According to Rolling Stone, Decoded mixes first-person memoirs with detailed discussions of his most famous and provocative lyrics.

Jigga collaborated with former The Source Magazine editor Dream Hampton on the script which includes interviews with Jay, his family and friends.

The 336 page book will discuss Jay-Z's early life in Brooklyn's Marcy Projects, his stint as a drug dealer as well as his Hip-Hop success.

Decoded will also include illustrations and detailed explanations of many of his lyrics.

"It's too much. For the book, I was interviewed, people close to me were interviewed. So I was learning a lot of things I didn't know as a child," Jay told Rolling Stone in the June issue. "It's not anything i haven't said in the past, in songs. It's just more detailed. A song is three minutes long. A book doesn't have to rhyme, and it has no time limit, so you can say exactly how everything went."

Jay was also scheduled to release another book in 2003 around the time he dropped The Black Album. The Black Book Jay pulled the plug on because it allegedly contained a lot of personal things he wasn't ready to release to the world.

With the leak of Blueprint III, it seems as though Noreaga has tried to come to the aid of Jay-Z and save not only his album, but the actual state of Hip-Hop by issuing a statement to fans:

On His Twitter page Nore wrote; "IFYOULOVEHIPHOP YOU WILL NOT DOWNLOAD BLUEPRINT 3! (can you help me spread this?)"

The album, although still not released, can now be streamed from MTV and Rhapsody through a deal that came about from Jay.

For those that remember, Nore was once a member of the Roc-A-Fella army from 2004-2007. This was around the time when that Reggaeton frenzy started to pop off and Nore stood at the forefront. Let's just say that all should be thankful that he was able to link back up with Capone to bring about that C-N-N material.

As it relates to the rapper himself, Nore recently began his “100 Miles & Running” Challenge. Simply stated, Nore intends to run 100 miles for the full month of September. Using Twitter, his status will be updated as well as being chronicled on his My Nike account.

The workout regimen initially was ignited through a conversation that led to a bet between Nore and Busta Rhymes. Mentioning the fact that Nore has lost sight of himself and let himself go in terms of weight, Busta issued a challenge to Nore to see if he could drop the pounds and show some type of resemblance of the slender artist that graced the debut album, War Report, alongside Capone.

Of course no bet can be official without something being at stake, so a wager of $5,000 was put out on the table between the two rappers. Although there is no specific weight targeted, the overall point is to trim the unnecessary fat that he has built up over the years. The actual amount of weight loss will be updated once September closes.

Fueled by the singles “Move” and “Floatin' In Sky” featuring Kid Cudi, Nore is also set to return back in the booth and release his next solo joint entitled S.O.R.E . although no release date has been announced.

Aside from dealing with the troubles of an album being leaked way ahead of schedule, rapper Jay-Z has taken some time to pay homage and commemorate some of those that have left a mark in history. Along with the benefit concert taking place on September 11, Jay has decided to design a shirt that will pay respect to Arthur Ashe.

For those unaware of Ashe, he was a renowned African American tennis player whose resume included winning three Grand Slam titles and giving him the honor of being one of the best players in the country. Outside of the court, Ashe was also a Civil Rights supporter as he was a member of a delegation of 31 African-Americans who took a trip to South Africa to observe political change as it made an attempt to have racial integration. Complications from AIDS took the life of Ashe on February 6, 1993 after a blood transfusion.

Jay will be customizing a Rocawear Arthur Ashe shirt which will be sold during the U.S. Open in New York this year. It will mark the 40th anniversary of the National Junior Tennis and Learning Network, which was co-founded by Ashe in 1969. The proceeds will be given to Arthur Ashe Endowment for the Defeat of AIDS.

Ashe's widow, Jeanne Moutoussamy-Ashe, says she is "thrilled that someone of Jay-Z's stature would take part in this project."

On September 10, Ashe will be honored again as he will be inducted into the U.S. Open Court of Champions. The U.S. Open started August 31 and will stretch out through September 13 in Flushing, New York.

Everybody has an opinion on the split of Roc-A-Rella Records and whether it was Jay-Z or Damon Dash's fault. In an interview with Rugah TV, Bobby Dash spoke on the demise of Roc-A-Fella. Keeping it neutral and not taking his brother Damon's side or Jay-Z's, Bobby said:

“In ‘02, I started seeing funny moves and a lack of communication. Beginning ‘05, it was the demise and paperwork was made. It was an accumulation of things that went on and how people said Cam'ron did it. And not to sh&$ on nobody but you can't get into Forbes Magazine with three ni**as eating off your plate. Only way you can get into Forbes Magazine and you getting bread is if that bread is not being cut up and you get all the money. If your company is making a lot of money, then you as an individual can't get the accolades of Forbes Magazine. You can't be like Puff if you gotta break your money up with this guy and that guy. Puff broke his money up with no one. Same with Master P when he was in there a lot. All his bread was his bread. So with Roc-A-Fella, Roc-A-Wear, this and that, that money was getting cut up. So in order to get it not cut, you gotta diversify. Nothing personal, sh%$ happens. The diversification came about and everybody had to do what they had to do to continue moving.”

Dash also says that Jigga over reacted to Cam'ron being named Vice President at Roc-A-Fella and that Roc-A-Fella was damn near over before Cam signed to the label. He added:

“ Within Motown, there were a number of Vice-Presidents. So for him to come in and be President of The Diplomats and be on Roc-A-Fella… if you're at Roc-A-Fella and you're the President of your own entity, then at the very least you're a Vice-President in here. Which at the end of the day Beans would have been a Vice-President because he's the President of State Property. Bleek would have been Vice-President because he's President of Get Low. Everybody had their own lane to make their own statements but Cam was the only that was out there... As a man a lotta times you gotta take a step back and look at the situation for what it is. He's the President of Dip which makes him an executive at Roc-A-Fella… because he's in charge of that department. So the (reaction) was kind of gay because all you have to do is think for a second about how companies are ran…”

Bobby Dash also spoke on how most of the artists like Beans, Freeway, Kanye West and others followed Jay-Z and how most wound up being unsuccessful on the business aspect after Dame was erased from the picture.

“All the dudes that…went the other direction, and not to sh&$ on going the other direction but that's not the direction that's gonna be speaking up for you. The person that is gonna fight for you is over here. The one that always fought for you is on this side. And ya'll went to the other side so if you're expecting someone to fight for you, then you went to the wrong side because on that side it's about business. It's about make sure you take care of your business, make sure you get your businesses right and then you'll be alright. But my brother was like babysitting and was like not only is this ya'll business but this is my business and now I gotta make sure ya'll carry my business and your business properly. Where on the other side, it was like. “Dawg, ya'll do what ya'll gotta do because I'm good.”

Check out the footage below as Bobby Dash continues to weigh in:

Jay-Z is having a benefit concert on September 11 in New York City, the same day as the release of his The Blueprint 3 album. The concert will take place at Madison Square Garden and all proceeds will benefit a charity to support families of police and firemen fallen in the line of duty, the New York Police and Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund. Fans that can't make the concert can catch it via a broadcast from Fuse music channel that day at 9 p.m.

"This charity and concert encompass the true spirit of New York City," stated Jigga. "We are asking everyone to 'answer the call' and support and honor the families of those that lost their lives in the line of duty. There is a true camaraderie and resiliency this city showed the world in 2001 and we continue that today by taking care of our own."

In the meantime fans can satisfy their Blueprint 3 craving through two leaked songs from the album. While the album was rumored to be tightly sealed and hand delivered to prevent leaks, someone got a hold of two songs from the alleged final track list and gave them to the public. The first song features Drake and is titled “Off That.” Jay and Drake spit bars about welcoming in the new school and features Drake in the chorus saying, “Chasing the fame, we off that/ Oversized clothes and chains, we off that/ Ni**as still making it rain, we off that/ 'Cause you can't bring the future back."

The second leak is “Reminder” and features Hov doing what he does best, rapping over a well produced beat. Coincidentally both songs are produced by Timbaland. How convenient. The Blueprint 3 also features production from Kanye West and No I.D.

The good ole' paparazzi are almost like the photo journalists of the music industry as they will go to any bounds and suffer any type of attack to capture their shots. Recently they set their lenses on Beyonce and Jay-Z while they were vacationing in Croatia and were dealt a mighty hand by their body guard.

While enjoying their vacation alongside their bodyguard, Juilus, the couple were bombarded by flashes as the paparazzi came out in full effect to harass and disturb the getaway of the music stars. They were even able to capture the two as they were in the middle of the ocean on a yacht that they have residing in while being out there. That's what we call tenacity.

As they were leaving dinner Tuesday night, the cameras were continuing to go off and the three tried to find their escape route by jumping onto a boat that would take them out to their yacht, but met hostility as one of the photographers proceeded to throw his tripod which cracked the bodyguard in his back. Everyone in their mind knows exactly what their reaction would be to a situation such as this but their bodyguard should be commended for his choice of response. Julius responded by throwing the piece of property in the ocean and giving the royal salute, along with Jay-Z, by way of the middle finger.

In related news, an official track listing has been provided to The Blueprint III which will drop September 11. Notable features include J. Cole, an artist from North Carolina that was the first to sign the dotted line and join Roc Nation. Needless to say placing names such as Cole, Kid Cudi and Drake show Jay's faith in the new school to place them on the trilogy of the acclaimed series.

Along with the official track listing, the music video for “Run This Town” featuring Rihanna and Kanye West is set to premier on MTV Thursday.

1. “What We Talkin' About” (featuring Luke Steele of Empire of the Sun)
2. “Thank You”
3. “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)”
4. “Run This Town” (featuring Kanye West and Rihanna)
5. “Empire State of Mind” (featuring Alicia Keys)
6. “Real As it Gets” (featuring Young Jeezy)
7. “On to the Next One” (featuring Swizz Beatz)
8. “Off That” (featuring Drake)
9. “A Star is Born” (featuring J. Cole)
10. “Venus vs. Mars”
11. “Already Home” (featuring Kid Cudi)
12. “Hate” (featuring Kanye West)
13. “Reminder”
14. “So Ambitious” (featuring Pharrell)
15. “Young Forever” (featuring Mr Hudson)
