Rapper Game is claiming that managers at popular upscale steak house Houston's asked him to leave for “racist” reasons and hit Twitter to show his discontent yesterday (September 6).

Chuck lashed out at the steak house via his Twitter account, tweeting,

"The mgr "Valerie" @ the Houstons resturant in Santa Monica is RACIST. She really just told me I cant eat cuz Im tatted n guest mite b scared," he tweeted September 6th.

"& when I pointed out 2 kool white guys with tank tops on, She stated they don't have as many ratios as you & said that I leave immediately"

"Houston's just went from my favorite resturant to the "RACIST-URANT" !!!!"

"Hillstone's racist-urant formerly known as Houston's & their slave-master manager Valerie has just made #1 on the RACIST resturant list !"

 

Game later notified his Twitter followers of a change of venue, tweeting.

"Now headed to "Roscoes Chicken & Waffles" where us N*GGERS are tattoo approved 100% accepted."

"#racisturant"

"Where the f%$k is @TMZ when you need em ?!?!?!? #rosaparkswasntenoughhuh"

However, reps for Houston's tell a different story, relaying to TMZ that Game was asked to leave because he was not adhering to the dress code.

"Game only pointed to a lone sleeveless woman at the bar -- NOT two men -- and says the sleeve rule does not apply to females. The rep says the restaurant would love to have The Game back ... when he's wearing the appropriate clothing."

The Game Covers L.A. Weekly 

The Game is the latest feature  for an issue of L.A. Weekly after nabbing their August/September cover story.

The Compton rapper real name, Jayceon Taylor posed for a photoshoot for the mag complete with models completely covered in gold paint and straddling him, for artistic expression of course.

In addition to the photoshoot, Game sat down for an interview and lashed out at critics who accuse him of not making hit records.

"Fawk radio, I don't give a Fawk if radio plays my Isht once. I've never been a radio artist. Everyone on the radio flops. I don't want to be in that category. I want to go platinum."

In addition to radio play, Game also spoke on his initial meeting with Dr. Dre and 50 Cent, as well as his background as a Piru Blood gang member.

On his Twitter page, The Game made some comments that many deemed as anti-gay, when he tweeted several posts criticizing the sexual positioning of homosexual men and calling them “butt-pirates”.

"Aye! I gotta question: What kinda man let another man put his package in his booty?” Game tweeted. “I'm just askin N***a that Shyte krazy tho. #buttpirates."

After receiving quite a few angry tweets regarding his comment, The Game explained that although his comments were derogatory, he was not bashing but simply inquiring about the lifestyle.

"Aint no attack on gay people, I'm just askin on the real that Shyte krazy dog,” The Game continued. “Gay women, kool ! Ellen, kool ! D!ck in the booty, not kool. It's a FREE WORLD, be GAY & be proud if thats ya choice.... But in the dook shoot doe ????? Do what ya like (Digital Underground)."

It seemed as if his explanation wasn't enough for one follower who The Game decided to respond to directly.

"@g**isonb look man, go pick ya boyfriend up from work... do the cheerio & RELAX. Wasn't GAY bashin. just asked a question ha ha ha"

This isn't the first time that Twitter comments have worked against a rapper, 50 Cent was recently accused of gay bashing after he tweeted a comment regarding oral sex for women.

"If you a man and your over 25 and you don't eat pu**y just kill yourself damn it,” 50 tweeted. “The world will be a better place. Lol."

Although both were instances of personal opinion, many supporters of gay rights are hardly laughing.

It's funny how people overlook the true reason of social media; it's your own little world in cyber space, which means it's your area for your personal opinion.

Twitter is just like anything else, it's your thoughts that you want to share with the world-so if you don't like it, unplug.

Pictures hit the net yesterday of The Dream in compromising positions with his assistant and caused a firestorm of criticism for the producer and sympathy for his wife.

The Game made sure to give his opinion on the situation and took to his twitter to diss Dream hilariously saying that he looked like Carl Winslow from Family Matters and his rumored mistress, Master Splinter from The Ninja Turtles.

Game tweeted to his 180,000 plus followers a series of tweets saying,

“Yo old rat is Dream's new wifey , Told u she Wouldn't Get Far (My Voice). Never Make A Hoe A House Wife (kurupt voice) pic below…

That n!gga Dream look like Carl Winslow out there blood....... & wit that Belly blood need to be in "BELLY 3" straight to VHS.”

He also took a slight shot at Christina Milian, referencing a picture of Chrstina Milian's feet when they looked less than up to par saying,

"I know Christina feet aint the bizness & all but, d*mn..... you leave her & the baby for L.A.'s version of "MASTER SPLINTER" ?#dayyyyyyyyum."

A rep for Dream confirmed to US Weekly that he and Milian separated in late '09 but kept it hidden from the public.

Yeah right. We wish them luck.

As previously reported the album had a December, February, June and July release date and is now scheduled to hit stores August 24.

Now however a company has filed a lawsuit saying that the album cannot be released until they are properly compensated for unpaid royalties.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Desperado Entertainment filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles federal court Tuesday alleging that Universal Music Group, Interscope, Aftermath Entertainment and ARY, Inc owe them a portion of the licensing and publishing income from Jayceon “The Game” Taylor's albums.

Desperado Entertainment says they discovered the rapper and have been unlawfully cut out of the development for the forthcoming album.

Additionally the company says they allowed the Universal Music Group labels to “recoup advances solely from record sales and not from publishing earnings or royalties”, royalties Desperado says they were never paid.

The company is seeking an injunction on the album, unspecified damages and $275,000 in advance payment for sales from R.E.D.

News broke late Sunday that the rapper was murdered at the Beverly Hills Center but details remained skimp on a possible motive.

Game apparently caught wind of the rumor and took to his Twitter page to clear the air.

Speaking on the false claims he tweeted to his nearly 180,000 followers,

“Who ever started da rumor dat I was dead is funny as hell…If u gone spread rumors, b more creative. Say, I had a fight wit the Toy Story cast or sumn & it turned fatal ha ha..”

He also decided to have fun with the rumor and ran with it, announcing that he was indeed dead and tweeting to his fans from the grave with his “#GraveTweets.”

“As a matter of fact, I am dead. I'm the 1st n*gga to #graveTweet !!! 1st 400 bars, now tweetin from the grave...I'm dope”

He later added,

“I tell you one thing though, you can't really get good reception down here in this coffin.... Damn T-Mobile !!! #gravetweets.”

As previously reported, The Game stated that his latest mix tape was the ‘first album that has no lyrical disses towards “any one” and fans still “appreciated it.”

With his new found revelation, The Game states that it was because of Pharrell that he is no longer taking shots at veteran emcee Jay Z.

In an interview with New York's Power 105.1's  DJ Envy, The Game discusses why he no longer feels the need to diss Jay Z.

“Pharrell pulled me to the side and told me that he would work with me, but in order for that to happen I couldn't diss Jay[Z],” The Game said. “[He let me know that] Jay has respect for what I do, just like I have respect for what he does, so I was like ‘cool'.”

In addition to discussing the deading of beefs, The Game also revealed how he started working with Dr. Dre again.

“Dre actually approached me,” The Game continued. “He asked me what would it take for me to work with him again and I just told him nothing; I will work with Dre just because he's Dre.”

As previously reported, Game pushed the project back to July 6^th which would have put him in line to compete with Big Boi's Sir Lucious Left foot: The Son of Chico Dusty album.

Now however reps for the rapper are confirming that instead of July, the album will hit shelves in “late summer.”

Game has reportedly pushed the album back to record new music and will reveal a solid release date at a later time.

The album was originally set to drop in December before getting pushed back to February, then June 15^th, then June 29^th before settling on July 6^th.

R.E.D. is executive produced by Dr.Dre and Pharrell and will be released through Aftermath/Star Trak/Interscope Records.

How many push back is this now?  Is this really coming out?

As previously reported R.E.D. was scheduled to drop in December in time for the Christmas holiday but was pushed back to February and then June 15th before settling on a June 29th release date.

That date has been pushed back once again however and R.E.D. won't hit stores until July 6^th.
The new release date puts Game in line to go head to head with Big Boi's Sir Lucious Leftfoot: The Son of Chico Dusty.

The June 15^th release date would have put him up against Drake's Thank Me Later and Young Jeezy's Thug Motivation 103.

In related news Game recently released his Red Room mixtape with help from DJ Skee.

As previously reported Game was facing a civil action lawsuit filed by basketball coach Shannon Radric who claims the rapper assaulted him and pulled a hand-gun on him on school property.

The Game previously served eight days in jail in connection to the criminal case before refuting claims that he's a “gangster rapper” in the civil lawsuit.

Now however the lawsuit is over and a settlement has been reached.

Lawyers for Game say that Shannon Radric was awarded money in the settlement but an exact amount has not been disclosed.

While Game and his legal team dispute the claims now that a settlement was reached, the court case said that Jayceon Taylor b.k.a Game, was coaching the “Litem- up” basketball team against Shannon Radric's team.

After his team was losing in the double digits, Game reportedly called the man's team “Garbage” and “a bunch of busters” before hitting the man in the face causing him to fall down.

The suit also said that Game then went to get a hand-gun from his vehicle saying, “I'm going to blast this fool!” causing the coach to run inside a school building and hide until he calmed down and left.

Come on Jayceon....do better.
