Master P's younger brother C-Murder was denied an appeal of the life sentence he's serving for 2nd Degree Murder. Murder, born Corey Miller, was found guilty of shooting 16-year-old Steve Thomas on Jan. 12, 2002, at a now-closed nightclub in Harvey, Louisiana.

Miller, 38, was initially found guilty after a 2003 trial but was ordered a stand trial again by the presiding judge who ruled that prosecutors withheld pertinent background information on three of the defense's witnesses. The Supreme Court then upheld the request, which left the case open for a new trial. C-Murder was then convicted in August of 2009, and sentenced to life without parole. On the grounds of not being given a fair trial, Miller requested an appeal, which was heard by a three judge panel at the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Romeo Talks Dating In Kraze Magazine

More details on Romeo Miller's Kraze Magazine cover have been revealed including excerpts from his interview on his record label and dating life.

As previously reported Romeo's the mag's July/August cover story and in it revealed what it takes for a woman to grab his attention.

He tells Kraze,

"I love a smart, educated woman. And I love eyes…[they are] the key to the soul. I'm very open—minded. I don't really have a certain type. I feel everybody brings something different to the table. You know, you gotta flaunt what you're best at. Don't step out of your element. You gotta highlight what makes you,you."

 

"Girls that I use to try to talk to, now they want to talk to me. “[they say things] like, ‘Oh you were on my favorite show.' It's really funny just to see the response that I'm getting from different types of people. It's just like in school having that girl that you always wanted to talk to, now she notices you.

I definitely don't discriminate against anybody. I'm very mature for my age. I love somebody that can hold a great conversation. All I'm gonna say is I don't kiss and tell."

"My dad passed No Limit Records to me, which is now No Limit forever. You know my dad started out by selling CDs out the trunk of his car. It's definitely a different era and generation [now, so there are] gonna be a lot of changes. It's very digital now. And I'm definitely looking [to go in a more digital direction] with this No Limit Forever I'm looking to generate money in different ways for these artists.

I feel God really blessed me with talent. I'm one of those people, I really do feel [that] life [has] no limit. You only limit yourself to what you want to do. I really feel if you're good at it, then go out and do it."

The 21-year-old was recently spotted out in L.A. prepping for practice with his dance partner Chelsie Hightower, who he's been spotted in the studio with before the show's March 21 debut.

Before getting to work on his dance moves, the college athlete recently revealed to RumorFix.com who he thinks his biggest competition is, television host Wendy Williams.

The new ‘No Limit' head tells RumorFix,

"My biggest competitor ... I'd probably have to say is Wendy Williams because she got that girl power going with her show or whatever.

He also adds that former playmate Kendra Wilkinson may give him a run for his money but he ultimately plans to win.

“And you know, Kendra she got some dance moves being a Playboy bunny and everything…I better win. I'm a college athlete. I'm very competitive."

Heir To The No Limit Throne,  Romeo, has been cast on NBC's new super-hero drama "The Cape" which premiered this month.

Romeo will play "Lil Z," a wise cracking side-kick to Michael Irby's character "Pokerface," who was also just added to the show.  They both play underlings to the main nemesis on the show "Chess," played by James Frain. 

The Cape centers around  an ex-cop (David Lyons), accused of murder and left for dead and is out to clear his name and clean up the streets of Palm City.

He takes on  the identity of his son's favorite comic book hero to fight the supervillian Chess.

The Cape airs Monday nights at 9:00 PM on NBC.

As previously reported, Romeo has teamed up with his brother Valentino (Vice President of No Limit Forever), his uncle Silkk The Shocker (COO -Chief Operating Officer") and cousin Black Don (Senior VP of A&R) to relaunch his father's label No Limit Records.

The newly reformed No Limit will focus on digital content to release music to the masses rather than Master P's origins of selling tapes and CDs from the trunk of his car.

Romeo's little sister Cymphonique Miller will also tackled the small screen this year as the 14-year-old is set to star in the upcoming series "How to Rock Braces and Glasses."

The sitcom, which is based on a new book series from Alloy Entertainment, will star Cymphonique as Kacey, a girl who was popular until she has to get braces and reading glasses.

When she begins to be made fun of and separated from the "cool girls" she turns to music for her therapy.  "How to Rock Braces and Glasses" will air on Nickelodeon.

Romeo's making big moves and we've literally watched Romeo grow up before our eyes.

Romeo Miller is taking off where his father Master P left off with the No Limit Records the label that sold over 75 million records in the 90's.

Romeo has teamed up with his brother Valentino (Vice President of No Limit Forever), his uncle Silkk The Shocker (COO -Chief Operating Officer") and cousin Black Don (Senior VP of A&R).

The newly reformed No Limit will focus on digital content to release music to the masses rather than Master P's origins of selling tapes and CDs from the trunk of his car.

Speaking on the relaunch of the record label, Romeo released a statement saying,

“I can relate to the new era of this music business. I have a lot of on-hands experience working with one of the greatest music company execs ever, my father Percy Miller. He taught me the marketing of this business and I took the time out to complete my education at USC where I studied technology and business.

I feel that I have the best of both worlds. I'm a hard worker with a billion dollars worth of knowledge and many resources. My goal is to build a digital hub where artists can become entrepreneurs and make instant revenue off of their music. My resources and I have created a technology to stop online piracy.”

No Limit Forever is said to be the world's largest digital record label specializing in brand building and digital media.

The label roster consists of Romeo, Valentino, Silkk The Shocker, Black Don, Suni Blac, Bengie, Gangsta, T-Bo, Eastwood, G5-J, and Lil D.

The label is also said to be working on the No Limit Forever reality TV show, comic books, cartoon animation, t-shirt company, and family business mixtape.

No Limit also plans to hold talent shows and talent searches “to bring independent artists' dreams to reality” and embark on an International tour.

We've literally watched Romeo grow up before our eyes.
