Tyquan Sewall, an 18-year-old from Brooklyn, New York is lucky to still be alive after an argument led to a gunman unloading a 32-caliber Smith & Wesson in front of a McDonald's restaurant in Flatbush where police surveillance cameras caught the footage.

I have personally frequented this spot many times, and it was always heavily populated with students from the neighboring Brooklyn College and public schools in the area. This footage shows the attempted murderers passing the gun between them and setting up Sewall who must have been coming to the fast food restaurant ready for a fight.

He got a surprise when the first shot grazed him and he fell into the street. The assailant tried to finish him off as Sewall rolled into oncoming traffic. He is now in Kings County hospital in critical condition. The gun was dropped off as the shooters made their way out of the other side of the Mickey D's.

Sewall, who lives blocks away from the shooting, has a criminal record and no witnesses have come forth so far.

A fight started outside a McDonald's restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio during the chain's "National Hiring Day” on Tuesday, leaving four people hospitalized, one person under arrest and another person on the run.

According to reports, the fight began between two women, and spilled out of control when one of the woman involved in the altercation hit at least three people while leaving the scene.

"One girl was on top of the driver, beating her. Then the driver went forward, somehow it kicked into reverse and the car went backwards, hitting three people. It was crazy," witness Arnecia Patterson told Fox 8 News in Cleveland.

The McDonald's manager and owner were among the four people taken to the hospital. Reports state that none of the injures suffered are life-threatening.

McDonald's Hiring Day was held nationwide campaign in thousands of the chain's restaurants. The company planned to hire 50,000 new workers on Tuesday, and increase it's workforce by approximately 7 percent.

According to the victim, he was punched and kicked and was slammed against the counter repeatedly.

Having to be rushed to the hospital with his face swollen, the teen can no longer open his right eye and he is suffering from a broken nose.

The manager in question could be faced with assault charges and he has been placed on suspension until the allegations have been sorted out accordingly.

Being asked to cover an overnight shift, a deal was made that he would receive a meal and be able to leave at 5 a.m.  The deal was apparently broken after having to stay longer to wait for the opening manager and when he tried to clock out, he was attacked.

Bellamy applied for a job at a local McDonald's restaurant in Orlando, Florida and was denied because of his decision to live life as a woman.

Two mangers denied her employment and one also called and left a message on Bellamy's voice mail, telling him that he would never work at the establishment, stating, “We do not hire fa**ots.”

Because of those remarks, the manager was consequentially fired.

A spokeswoman for the restaurant told the Orlando Sentinel that the employee had “acted outside the scope of his authority and was not responsible,” adding “[McDonald's] has a zero tolerance policy prohibiting discrimination or harassment in the restaurant.”

18-year-old Spenser Dauwalder and his 17-year-old friends were issued citations by the city of American Bend, Utah after employees at a local McDonald's complained of the teens disorderly conduct, which consisted of them rapping their order while using the drive-thru.

The idiotic youngsters were paying back-handed homage to a popular You Tube video.

A female employee at the restaurant contacted local authorities after she felt that her safety was put “at risk” due to the youths activities in the drive-thru.
