Rick Ross x Usher Behind The Scenes Of "Touch N You" [VIDEO]

MTV got a few words with Rick Ross about the new single 'Touch N You' featuring Usher for the upcoming installment of the Ricky discography titled God Forgives, I Don't. The rapper explains the concept behind the single and the more female friendly direction he wanted to take, in fear of singling out anyone. Expect the album to drop July 31st.

Nothing like some high end street music from those Lower End Professionals. L.E.P Bogus Boys performed their two recent Jahlil Beats-produced records, "Showtime" and "Benjamin Franklin." Live at Adrianna's Nightclub for MTV2′s Suckafree Chicago event, the Bogus Boys held it down in true windy-city style. Thank the good Lord the CPD didn't hate on the duo this time.

Kendrick Lamar Speaks With Devi Dev On Former Def Jam Deal [VIDEO]

Devi Dev reunited with long time friend and TDE standout, Kendrick Lamar during their conversation on the 5th episode of Hip Hop POV. He spoke on being a Def Jam signee during Hov's presidency before the recent Interscope deal materialized. According to Lamar, being dropped from the label was a result of a lack of preparation. He goes on to specify that this event fueled the drive to his independent nature.

He also reveals that Hov wasn't in his iPod as a Hip Hop fan in the early years. In fact, he didn't give Jigga a listen until the new millenium kicked off, around the time he began to take his craft serious. Take a listen to the exclusive interview.

Kendrick Lamar & ScHoolboy Q Perform For MTV Hive's 'In My Room' [VIDEO]

Did someone forget to log this footage? During the SXSW festival back in March, Kendrick Lamar and his TDE co-d ScHoolboy Q, held an intimate performance in what looks like someone's living room as part MTV Hive's "In My Room" series.

Kendrick ran through joints like “Hol' Up” and “A.D.H.D.” while ScHoolboy tags along and hits "Hands On The Wheel" from his critically acclaimed Habits & Contradictions album. Dope concept put together by MTV Hive and Yours Truly and the assembled diehard fans got a fresh experience. Also, for all you gamers out there, Kendrick has been named as the final member of Team Ghost in Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. Watch the performances below and K. LA's Staples Center Will Host 2012 MTV Video Music Awards

The world seems to be revolving around the Staples Center in Los Angeles lately. Not only are they hosting incredible playoff runs from the NHL's LA Kings, and the NBA's Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers, but they've also just been named as the host venue for the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. “STAPLES Center is incredibly excited to have the opportunity to host the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards,” said Lee Zeidman, Sr. Vice President & General Manager of STAPLES Center. “We look forward to continuing our relationship with our partners at MTV and hosting this one of kind music event here at L.A. LIVE.”

The 2012 “Video Music Awards” airs LIVE on Thursday, September 6 from 8 – 10 PM ET / PT.

Drake Says Him And 2 Chainz "Go Way Back" On The Set Of "No Lie" [VIDEO]

2 Chainz and Drake take us behind the scenes of the X-directed lead single for 2 Chainz's Def Jam solo debut, Based On A T.R.U. Story. While on set, Drake tells MTV News about the long-standing friendship Tity Boi and Drizzy held before his breakout year.

"Like I say in the song, 'Me and Chainz go way back,' that's no lie," Drake said. "I spent a lot of my early days with Young Money on the road with 2 Chainz. We definitely built a rapport. It's great to see him at the top of his game right now. The world loves him and it's well deserved. He's a hardworking guy." Check the footage from the "No Lie" shoot after the break.

Also, Charlamagne Da God made sure to slander Justin Bieber's addition to the Money Team.
