The Air Jordan XI ‘Concord' Retro was released last night, and so was the coonery. Across the country, people were getting arrested, assaulted and pepper sprayed while attempting to purchase a pair, or two—or more—of the highly prized, $180 sneaker. While e-mail servers of sites like NikeStore.com and Footlocker.com slowed and stalled, the people that braved lines that stretched hundreds deep for a chance to get a pair of the kicks early had to deal with the possibility of imminent f**kery.  Just one example is the video below were the victim is laid out on the ground after catching a swift fade.  Dude in the orange hoody looks like he was trying out for the WWE. Question, are these same people lining up like this when say...there's a job fair? And after such asinine behavior, did you even get the sneakers that night?

Kanye West has been seen flexing in the new unreleased Air Yeezy's at the recent Watch The Throne concerts.

As apart of Nike Sportswear's original video series, "Always On," Nike has released an exclusive video featuring LA basketball star Lamar Odom and rapper Stalley today.

Stalley created original music accompanying the video, featuring Odom's journey from his home in Los Angeles to his hometown turf in Queens, New York.  Reflecting a "day in the life," this installment portrays a homecoming for Odom from walking down Jamaica Avenue and practice at Frederick B. Judge Park.

The video resonates on how deep his roots have shaped him to be "always on" by visiting various places that has helped develop his mentality and dedication to athleticism from his upbringing in NYC.

Included with this video is an original track from  Ohio rapper Stalley called "Born To Win", which was produced by J. Rawls.

Kid Cudi was very thrilled to win some pairs of the new "Marty McFly" Nikes in an auction earlier this month. Now he's flaunting a pair of the futuristic kicks while celebrating his Complex Magazine cover at Siren Studios in Los Angeles.

Nike has re-signed Philadelphia Eagles QB Mike Vick to a new endorsement contract according to reports.

This comes after a five-year split between Nike and Vick after the shoe giant severed ties with the pro-bowl QB following his indictment on dog fighting charges back in 2007.

Nike acknowledged the once embattled QB has made a major turn around, both on and off the field.

“Michael acknowledges his past mistakes,” said Nike spokesman Derek Kent. “We do not condone those actions, but we support the positive changes he has made to better himself off the field.” 

Vick's longtime agent Joel Segal told CNBC that “Michael is excited to have a long-term and strong relationship with Nike.”

 

Vick initially signed an endorsement deal with Nike fresh out of college in 2001.

The QB has managed to gain two other endorsement deals following his comeback from prison.

He signed a deal in January with protective gear company Unequal Technologies.

In March, he inked a deal with Core Synergy, a titanium-infused, silicone wristband brand.

Details of the new Nike contract were not disclosed.

Maybe Watch The Throne is being held up because Kanye West has his mind on his new clothing line that is in the works according to The Daily Telegraph.

The former Fendi intern has dabbled in the fashion world before collaborating with Nike, Louis Vuitton and his own label Pastelle never surfaced, but lucky for us, he's back at it.

Kanye is rumored to be setting up shop in Paris readying his line and this time it's not just accessories for someone else. And what's even more exciting is that the line may be up and running as early as September. So if you dig Yeezy's threads and you want to rock some unisex blouses then prepare yourself for West wears.
