Former Shady Records artist, Obie Trice hasn’t had a hit in years—no shots. But apparently he has added a new record to his portfolio, just not the kind he would’ve wanted.

Touting himself as Pastor Jeezy during his last album rollout, the rap veteran continues to minister with a similar pacing on “Gotta Be A Man,” a track that appears on the upcoming OST for Bounce TV series Saint & Sinners.

After penning a hell of a manifesto that touched on the Meek Mill/Drake beef (and the perception of ghostwriting in Hip-Hop), Lupe Fiasco keeps the ink flowing on a new track titled “LAW (LoveAllWays).”

Today, March 9, will forever be known as the day Hip-Hop lost the late, great Christopher “The Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace. Sixteen years after his death, Obie Trice borrows the Frank White’s flow, cadence, and affinity for storytelling on a tribute track, titled “Pocket Full.”

King Gordy, a close ally of D-12 rapper Bizarre, was shot five times on Tuesday (February 5) in what some sources say was a robbery attempt. Although details are scarce, it is thought that Gordy survived the gunshots.
