Diddy's Black Card Numbers Stolen

Diddy is the latest person to fall victim to credit card fraud, now that TMZ reports that numbers were stolen off his credit card.

According to TMZ, Diddy's on a mission to find the person who stole the numbers to his personal American Express Black Card and posted them on a web site.

Not only was Diddy's credit card info stolen, the mogul's personal phone numbers, and passport were also posted online.

Diddy is launching an internal investigation to find out who's responsible.

In addition to posting his info, the site claims that Diddy's a member of the Illumnati.

A rep for Diddy declined comment

Hip-Hop Wired caught up with Black Rob after his Apple Store performance in New York this week.

Peep the interview as he speaks on MCs thinking they could crush his mic while on lock down, the generation gap in Hip-Hop and his thoughts on Diddy and the Bad Boy dynasty.

Hip-Hop Wired: Do you ever think about Biggie's passing, Ma$e retiring and the Lox's dispute with Bad Boy. What do you think could have been had the franchise team stayed together?

"I don't think about what could have been because at the time I came in... that whole situation was already over. It took me and The Lox to come together and say we gone make this album.

WE gone do this one with you Puff. So at that moment it was already over.

Puff already had the conversation about 'It's over, I'm done. Ni$$as killed my man, I'm over with it. I don't want to do this (Hip-Hop) no more, I'm gone do R&B for the rest of my career."

That was it, I hadn't even come out with a record yet. (I told him) I want to stay in this. I want to get this money. I'm a Bad Boy artist. Let me go and do what I want to do.

That B.I.G. thing, Rest in Peace but that can't stop me from getting it so thats when I had to throw the label on my back, like WHOA!!!"

Diddy Settles Civil Suits Stemming From 1999 Club New York Shooting

Sean "Diddy" Combs can finally put the New York club shooting that happened in 1999 behind him.

According to reports, the rap mogul settled all civil actions against him stemming from the decade old shooting.

The New York Post reports:

Sean "Diddy" Combs, his former protégé Jamal "Shyne" Barrow and the now-defunct Times Square hot spot struck a deal earlier this year with three clubgoers shot by Barrow in the notorious 1999 melee, court records show.

The exact terms of the settlements were unknown because of confidentiality agreements between the parties, but former Club New York owner Michael Bergos, who did not sign the confidentiality deal, said the most seriously injured victim, Natania Reuben, was paid $1.8 million.

Reuben, 40, was shot in the nose and suffered seizures because of seven bullet fragments still lodged in her face.

Two other victims were paid $500,000 and $50,000.

Bergos said he was unsure who paid what amount in the deal, but Barrow's and the club's shares were picked up by insurance companies, while Diddy -- who was acquitted in the criminal case related to the brawl -- had to pay out of pocket because his insurance company had gone belly up.

If you close your eyes, you can picture Puffy somewhere "Diddy boppin'" in celebration.

As for Shyne, he's probably somewhere in Belize wondering where it all went wrong.

Right here, Shyne. 1999 in New York. It all went downhill for you from here.

Once upon a time in “music business land,” the remix was heavily sought after and appreciated.

Producers would put their all into creating a the spin to a song that will create a new sound. The way things go now… just add a wack rapper on a track and you have a remix.

That wasn't the case back when Diddy was Puffy, or Timbaland didn't have muscles, and JD had braids. There are plenty of producers we could have picked to go against each other, but these are three elite executives that have shown consistency over a long period of time.

Diddy Changes His Name To "Swag"

Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs can't stop, won't stop changing his name. The Bad Boy recently changed it yet again, to SWAG.

Diddy, or SWAG recently took to Twitter to announce name change, even switching his Twitter name from @iamdiddy to @iamswag.

This is just one of several nicknames Combs has held over his career. Orginally called “Puff Daddy”, Combs later shortened it to “Puff” only to re-christen himself “P. Diddy” a short time later. After losing the P, Combs has now embraced SWAG.

For $10, Aspiring Rappers Can Upload Songs To 50 Cent, Diddy's Manager For A Listen, Critique

The man behind the careers of Diddy, 50 Cent, Soulja Boy and LL Cool J is offering a chance for artists to be heard. Chris Lighty, the head of Violator Management, will launch the interactive website for unsigned artists, Pleaselistentomydemo.com.

For only $10, rappers can upload their music and Lighty, co-founder Michael Dizon, and other staff will then take a listen and give feedback.

Chris got the idea a few years ago watching American Idol but states that the site is not meant to be harsh and that he will not "Simon Cowell" artists with negativity. "There are so many creative people out there. We are not reaching everybody. Just listen to the radio. It's the same 15 artists all day everyday," said Chris.

The site will feature the best songs and make them available to the public. The best ones will go to Hot 97 FM and program director, Ebro Darden states, "This will hopefully help music as a whole."

Some people are worried about ideas being stolen, others view it as a great opportunity to be discovered. What do you think?

ESPN's Outside The Lines covers Shaq and Biggie's Relationship

Over the weekend ESPN's feature series, Outside The Lines chronicled the relationship between Boston Celtics center, Shaquille O'Neal and the later rapper, Notorious B.I.G.

In 1993, the two then 22-year-old entertainers met after Big agreed to lay verses on Shaq's hit single, “You Cant Stop The Reign” and became friends shortly after, The Diesel tells Outside The Lines.

Shaq even claims that he was set to meet the Brooklyn rapper at the party Big was heading to when he was gunned down on March 7, 1997.

"I was on my way [to the party],” says Shaq.

“I was dressed. Usually Uncle Jerome will just come up, but I guess he tried to call and the front desk wouldn't let him through. I just fell asleep. I woke up about 4 o'clock from a call from my mother. She said ‘Did you go to the party?' I'm like, ‘No, what're you talking about?' She said, ‘You know, your friend was shot.”

Shaq admits to OTL that the situation messed with him and he often wondered if he would have been with Big, would the outcome have been different.

Biggie protégé Lil Cease tells OTL he definitely thinks Shaq's presence may have changed the outcome of history.

“I'm sure Shaq would have had security and I'm sure B.I.G. would have had enough security to come with him that day to make sure Shaq was alright,” hypothesizes Cease. “So I definitely think if Shaq would have been there, it definitely would have changed.”

Shaq's birthday is a day before the date of The Notorious B.I.G.'s murder.

Bill Cosby will host an awards gala honoring hip-hop moguls Sean “Diddy” Combs next week.

On March 7, The Jackie Robinson Foundation will be holding The Robie Awards, and along with Combs will honor Ingrid Saunders Jones, Rev. Calvin Butts III and Joseph Perella for embodying "the humanitarian ideals of Jackie Robinson."

The dinner will also raise money for the non-profit foundation, which is one of the premiere education and development programs, offering four-year college scholarships, grants, mentoring and other educational services.

In addition to Diddy and the honorees, Phat Farm head Russell Simmons will be in attendance to present the distinguished awards.

Ironically, two attendees, Cosby and Butts where at one point seen as two of hip-hops biggest detractors. In 1993, Butts famously went on an anti-gangster rap tirade and went as far as to use a steamroller to mash dozens of rap CDs during a demonstration.

In 2004, Cosby was criticized by many in the hip-hop genre for being anti rap generation after some disparaging comments he made about black parents.

He later dropped the hip-hop album Bill Cosby Presents the Cosnarati: State of Emergency, to prove that he has no quarrels with the hip-hop community.

The Jackie Robinson Foundation was established in 1973 by legendary, precedent setting baseball player Jackie Robinson.

The 2011 Robie Awards take place on March 7, at the posh Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan, from 6-9PM.

Diddy's son Justin recently celebrated his 17th birthday and marked the occasion with a more low key celebration compared to last year's appearance on MTV's “My Super Sweet Sixteen. “

What wasn't low key however was his gift from the Bad Boy Records head who bought him yet another $300,000 plus Maybach; this time a limousine.

Diddy was criticized last year for buying such an expensive gift for the teen but obviously ignored critics and gave his son another luxury car estimated to cost over $396,000.

Speaking on his recent birthday gift for his son, Diddy told London's The Independent that he rewarded his son for being an honor student and hopes he'll use it for special occasions.

“Justin has turned himself around and is now an Honors student, which he wasn't before, so I wanted to treat him. It's a collector's car so maybe he will use it for special occasions like on a first date, but like all my kids, he prefers the simpler things than the expensive things. Simple tastes."

Justin turned 17 on December 30.

Diddy Pranks His Son

Diddy also shows another glimpse of Sean Combs as he takes a break from the spotlight and kicks it with his sons.

All we can say is don't go to sleep around the man who never sleeps...

According to reports, Sean "P. Diddy Combs' Sean John flagship New York store, located on 5th Avenue, will be closing up shop at the end of the year after six years in operation.

Employees at the Sean John Store were reportedly notified of the decision late last week that the store –the first of its kind when opening in August 2004 – is being closed, due to slow sales.

In May of 2010, Diddy inked a deal with Macy's to carry the Sean John clothing brand exclusively, making the need for the 5th Avenue flagship store obsolete. Yet, according to a rep for the label, the brand is looking for other spaces to open stores in New York and Los Angeles.

Sean Combs launched the signature clothing line Sean John in 1998, with revenues now reportedly exceeding $100 million annually.
