Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" Remix Will Feature 2 Chainz & Mac Miller [VIDEO]

Justin Bieber (also known as "Shawty Mane" and "Bieber Da Gawd") will be dropping the official remix to his hit single "Boyfriend," with 2 Chainz and Mac Miller. "To celebrate the #BELIEVEtour coming ... I might need to drop this #BOYFRIENDremix @2Chainz @MacMiller," Bieber tweeted. Bieber's new album, Believe (also known as BF103: Thug Motivation...okay we were kidding a little bit), will be hitting stores June 19th and will feature Kanye West, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Big Sean and more. Pharrell Adds Nardwuar to i Am OTHER Program [VIDEO]

Last week, Pharrell launched his "i Am OTHER" weekly program, and to add a comedy factor to the project, he's enlisted the help of satirical journalist Nardwuar "The Human Serviette." Known to deliver the most hilarious, yet thorough interviews in the game, Nardwuar has added the likes of Jay-Z, Jeezy, Ghostface, Lil Wayne to his professional resume. Calling on the help of Nardwuar not only makes for an interesting partnership but will likely be an entertaining show.

Santigold Rocks NYC's Irving Plaza With Pharrell & Andy Samberg [PHOTOS/VIDEO]

Samsung Mobile USA reached five million Facebook "likes" and rewarded it fans by throwing a free Santigold concert in NYC. Last night (May 14th), the "L.E.S. Artistes" singer, and her two swagged out dancers, rocked Irving Plaza performing past hits and new joints from her latest album, Master of My Make-Believe.

The 1000 or so deep mix of specially invited guests (it also streamed live on Samsung's Facebook) made up a diverse crowd that got to see Santigold's fresh live show, which featured special guests Pharrell Williams and Saturday Night Live's Andy Samberg. Pharrell made a quick cameo to drop some suspect high notes and perform "My Drive Thru" while Samberg hit the stage and acted a fool a few songs later dressed in his "Shy Ronnie" SNL character.

Santigold also made sure to periodically shout out Samsung and take pics of the crowd with her Samsung Galaxy Note. Free liquor and food made the event a win from jump, but Santigold's energetic show made the night a special treat. We're still confused about the "horse" on stage, though. Justin Bieber really wants us to believe that he has grown up. Since turning 18 in March, the world's biggest pop star has gone out of his way to show maturity as an artist and even make his way into the Hip-Hop audience. Bieber is as safe as baby carrots and celery but for some reason it looks like he is hell bent on showing a bit of an edge. Call me crazy, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit if Justin Bieber walked the streets of Brooklyn or something just to prove some sort of point. Think I'm bugging? Take a look at some recent examples of why we think this guy is desperately trying to get a verified hood pass.

Kanye West Says He Wants To Make Justin Bieber Cool On Believe

After a photo of the two surfaced online a few days ago, Justin Bieber revealed what Kanye West's exact plans were for the megastar. “He's like, ‘I wanna just make you cool,'" Bieber recalls about his conversation with Mr. West. He wants to do records that people wouldn't necessarily think that I would do. Kanye's a really smart guy.”

Kanye West will be appearing on Bieber's newest album Believe, and says the rapper/producer wants to help evolve his sound. “Just being in the studio with him, he's just socreative and everything he says he means it and he's really smart,” the 18-year-old pop superstar told MTV News. “It's always great to get in the studio with those types of people.”

Bieber will also enlist the help of many other top Hip-Hop heads including Drake, Diplo, Danja, Rodney Jerkins, Pharrell, Timbaland, Hit-Boy and more. Check the video of the interview with Sway down below.

Today is Pharrell Williams' 17th birthday (39th, actually but you would totally believe it if you didn't know better), and what better way to celebrate the Hip-Hop icon than to look back on some of his most stuntastic moments. Despite just being one of the illest producers ever to live, Pharrell's life just exhibits cool. There is no other way to put it.
