Seinfeld finds himself at the center of another racial controversy; this after TMZ reporters got hold of a casting call document (see next page) for the role of “African-American Car Dealer” that specifically states that actors going for the part must be “Nice looking, friendly. Not too dark. Will work with a MAJOR COMEDIAN.” Right, we're scratching our heads on this one too. Did this actor have to have a clean criminal record and just one baby momma on top of that too?

The document came from the angry actor who didn't get the part because he was a little too, ahem, Black, apparently. While this latest occurrence is nowhere close to Seinfeld's former TV co-star Michael Richards' racist tirade, you kinda get the feeling Ol' Jerry is probably a little embarrassed by all this recent attention.

It'd be interesting to see how Acura fixes this fiasco. Anyone seen Wesley Snipes lately? That's a dark skinned brother looking for work, for sure.

Mary J. Blige made the world to let out a collective sigh, when she appeared in a Burger King commercial about a chicken wrap—which has since been pulled. Blige belted out her adoration for the wrap as if it were a longtime lover, but she's not the only one shucking and jiving for fowl. Part of the problem is too many people are quick to dismiss or remain oblivious to the history behind these deep rooted stereotypes and the harm they cause.

"Drake likes to show me better than he could tell me," A$AP Rocky told the Punchbowl Blog. "I don't want to work with Drake because it's so cliche. I've got something better. I've got a brotherhood with him. That's my bro. I do want to work with him. I just think people are already expecting that. So, maybe we shouldn't give them what they want yet."

The leader of the A$AP Mob also shares that not chasing after awards was a lesson he learned, ironically so, from Kanye West. "Kanye's school as f-ck," he shared. "He gave me some advice. He said it's an honor to have a Grammy, of course, hands down. But he said, 'Keep your eyes on the prize. Keep doing what you love. Don't do it for that. Do it for the people.' I've got to respect that."

Ever since word of the "ni**er brown" pants hit the news circuit, the massive online backlash that the company has received continues to trudge forward. Tons of users have flooded the retailer's Twitter page demanding an apology for the racist move, yet the company has yet to release an online response to tide those angered by the  controversy.

So the question becomes, why is it that Abercrombie wasn't aware of this alleged fake website until now? Surely, there has to be someone on the payroll of a multi-million dollar company whose job is to traffic fraudulent sites at the very least, and be on the lookout for any racist or defamatory content that may be damaging to the company's reputation.

A&F released a statement to TMZ blasting the fake site and proclaiming that they were unaware of the situation, but that's not enough. Given the fact that the Kingsoft Corp., the Chinese-English translation software company behind the incident, has been in business for over 20 years, it seems suspicious that this technological glitch is just now being uncovered.

Perhaps this is less a case of mistaken identity, and more of evidence of a lack of respect for its customers, and all who have been offended by the "ni**er pants."

According to their website the cargo pants are perfect due to their "dedication," which can be seen in their "stitching, designs, detailing, fabric and color contrasting." Even more shocking is the fact that none of the customers writing product reviews on the pants made mentioned to the racist title.

Surely another term (perhaps just the word brown) could have been used to help the shopper make a distinction between the shades of pants, but Abercrombie has a history of making bad decisions to get publicity. Aside from pushing the child molester envelope by selling children's thongs, they also attempted to pay Jersey Shore star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino to stop wearing their clothing.

Of course this could very well be the result of a vicious hacking job or a bad translation, according to Gawker, but if not, putting a racial slur on their website reigns supreme in their tireless battle for attention. It will be interesting to see how they plan to explain this one.

Banks has amassed a reputation for not only speaking her mind, but not being so friendly when it comes to fellow female MCs. So it's no surprise that she didn't hold her tongue in regards to XXL's decision to choose Azalea as the first female rapper to make the coveted cover. “Iggy Azalea on the XXL freshman list is all wrong," she wrote on Twitter. "How can you endorse a white woman who called herself a "runaway slave master"?” The song in questions is Azalea's "D.R.U.G.S" track in which she spits the lyric: "I'm a runaway slave....master."

After taking a break to boast about shopping, Banks re-hashed her disdain towards the Australian rapper, who recently signed to Interscope Records. “Sorry guys. But I'm pro black girl,” she tweeted. "I'm not anti white girl, but I'm also not here for any1 outside of my culture trying to trivialize very serious aspects of it. In any capacity. *kanye shrug*"

For what it's worth both women are now trending topics on Twitter, and all this press will likely help XXL sell a few extra copies of their magazine. Everybody wins.

A dummy with dreadlocks is causing controversy in New York and leaving some residents to shout cries of racism.

NBC New York reports that a scarecrow with dreadlocks was hung from a Brooklyn tree by a noose before it was removed Wednesday.

The scarecrow was described as having reddish-colored feet and a Halloween mask and was hung from a tree in front of a house in the Fort Hamilton section of Brooklyn.

City Councilman Charles Barron was one of the main people vying for the dummy to be taken down.

"This is racist," Barron said. "It's sick, it's not funny, it's not trick, or treat. It's madness."

No charges are expected against the homeowners whose house it was in front of.

Police did not need the homeowners' permission to take it down.

Apparently, DeAndre has had enough.

Soulja Boy recently took to his official FaceBook page to lash out at the people leaving negative comments.

Aside from going at haters general, SB seemed exceptionally steamed with “white boys” who he said are, “holding black people down trying to do something positive.”

A young rap star feeling some racist hatred in a new town isn't always a concern, but when it's Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All leader, Tyler The Creator tweeting that he wants to go home because they hate "ni**as" in Brisbane, Australia, people take notice.

Tyler tweeted and addressed the crowd at his performance about a racist encounter at a KFC that had him on edge but wasn't going to affect his judgement about all Australians.

Locals fired back their opinions about the statements.

Brisbane hairdressing entrepreneur Stefan Ackerie said the rapper's claims were "ill-informed and incorrect".

"I've been here about 50 years, I've never had an incident (of racism)," Mr Ackerie said.

Brisbane hotelier Sarosh Mehta said while elements of racism existed in Queensland, on the whole it was a "tolerant state".

"But one time is one time too many, we love to position ourselves as a multicultural melting pot, we're tolerant but there is still an element of racism around with those who are culturally insensitive against (some) people," he said.

A "tolerant state" sounds like the 60's in America. Fans did point out that there was no racism at the show as only two Black people showed up.

Rush Limbaugh has already expressed his feelings about Presidential First Lady Michelle Obama's weight in the past and last week on his radio show a caller identified as Laura from Bremerton, Washington commented on Mrs. Obama's lack of fashion sense.

She likened the First Lady to a bowl of mustard when she wears yellow and called her a tacky dresser.

"She never seems really to be happy, she doesn't wear her clothes with any finesse or flair, she just seems to march around like a lumberjack..." stated Laura.

Rush provokes her opinion and refers to it as beyond anecdotal.

He made sure to keep her on the subject of Michelle, her fashion choices and the colors she chooses.

Rush questions the reason for her praise and he and Laura point out that any criticism of Obama's policies or Michelle's clothing would seem racist.

Rush politically chimes in,

"I'm not going to say what I think about her shape. I'm not really sure what it is...I can't win this, there's no purpose of getting into a detailed analysis of the First Lady's shape."
