2 Chainz, Nelly and Big K.R.I.T. checked in with Hip-Hop Wired on the Red Carpet for the 2011 BET Hip-Hop Awards which airs tomorrow night.

Peep the exclusive  interviews as 2 Chainz discusses the "hold up" from working with T.I. directly on the "Spend It" remix while K.R.I.T. talks about being the first producer to lay the backdrop for Tip's comeback single "I'm Flexin."

Nelly also gives up game on how he transcended into being a top clothing clothing designer and the mistakes he made early in his career before making Apple Bottoms a household name.

"He is very musical and he just loves music overall," said Jennifer in the interview. "He's into it, I feel like I have a little Michael Jackson or something."

Hudson also recalls the way he responds when music comes on. "He'll be in the backseat of his car moving his shoulders to anything that comes on the radio and I'll turn around like 'What are you doing?' and he'll laugh like 'Haah, what you didn't think I had that move?'"

Mos Def is an artist that has been able to create a balance and embrace the best of both worlds with his movie and music career, granted the movies have somewhat eclipsed the albums is the average fan was unaware of Def's history.

For Chicago rapper Common, his history may have started in music, but the last decade has seen the rapper on the silver screen with 4 albums dropping and being featured in 5 movies.

Appearing on the red carpet during the 52^nd Annual Grammy Awards, the rapper spoke with TV Guide to reveal his upcoming leading role alongside Queen Latifah for the film “Just Wright” where the rapper gets to place on a new hat as an NBA basketball player.

The film serves as a romantic comedy as Latifah plays the role of a physical therapist that ends up falling for Common's character as she helps him recover from a career-threatening injury.

Never losing sight of his roots, Common is currently in the process of preparing his 9^th studio album, The Believer, but is still out trying to grab those movie checks.
