The Ghost provides an in studio video as he throws a few bars over Miguel's "Sure Thing" record. In a recent report, DMX said that the Ruff Ryders will be reuniting and going on tour very soon. The LOX and Eve were the last members that were due to sign on, so hopefully this becomes official in the coming weeks.

Ruff Ryders Back? DMX says that his old running mates from Ruff Ryders Records are reuniting and a tour is already in the works, reports TMZ.

According to Dark Man X, the tour will be kicking off in a few months and Drag-On, Murda Mook and Swizz Beatz are already on board. However, the LOX and Eve aren't yet in the mix, but according to X it's just a matter of time before they join in.

"We are all family and we're going to come back stronger than when we left ... It's going to take the nation by storm," said DMX.

During the late 90's and early 2000's Ruff Ryders was one of Hip-Hop's most revered labels. The Yonkers, NY based entity was founded by Darrin"Dee" Dean and Joaquin "Waah" Dean and boasted a roster that included DMX, the LOX (Jadakiss, Styles P, Sheek Louch)—after the group infamously departed from Bad Boy Records—and Philly repping female rapper Eve. Plenty of the label's hit instrumentals were also provided by Swizz Beatz, who is Dee and Wah's nephew.

Ruff Ryders Owe $1 Million In Taxes!

In order to get DMX, Eve, Drag-On and the rest of the Ruff Ryders crew, the label used old-fashioned street team tactics that involved stickers and posters.

According to the NY Daily News, the house Dee and Wah built owes the city of New York more than $1 million for plastering promo posters.

Finance Commissioner David Frankel, told the press that the label imprint based in Yonkers put up 3,400 illegal posters.

I'm not sure how these fines work and I'm surprised a label like Def Jam isn't at the top of the list for illegal promo items. Maybe they paid their bill while the Ryders didn't.

Either way, the Ruff Ryders have recently sparked things up again so hopefully they can generate money to take care of this tax debt.

Rapper Eve is the subject of new promo pictures as she preps her new Lip Lock album.

As previously reported, Eve's been slowly but surely working her way back into the music scene, most recently performing at the National Breast Cancer Coalition's benefit concert to an array of waiting fans.

And while the pitbull in a skirt won't be releasing her highly anticipated album till early 2012, she's keeping fans at bay with new promo pictures.

Apparently everyone anticipating the reality show featuring Earl Simmons aka DMX reuniting with 10 of his children will be disappointed since it is reportedly not in the works.

X's people suspect that the rumor came from one of his disgruntled baby-mamas. His publicist officially stated that the show, which was said to be titled, "X-tended Family" was made up.

There was also a fraudulent press conference that DMX's reps had to shut down, and they actually suspect an ex named Yadia for spreading that false info.

This could be a gag order because of the confidentiality of the show since it already has such a catchy title and interesting premise, but either way X is working on his album and is scheduling a tour.

The rapper was transferred to the mental-health unit on after serving over a month in Tent City jail.

According to reports, the rapper was sent to the Flamenco Mental Health Unit inside the Alahambra Prison complex.

While in the mental institute, DMX is not allowed to have visitors for 30 days and must stay which can be compared to solitary confinement.

DMX is serving the year in prison for violating his probation for drinking alcohol during a concert, which led to later testing that showed positive for cocaine and Oxycontin.

Judge Christine Mulleneaux has stated that the rapper may suffer from bi-polar disorder or some sort of mental affliction, which could be the cause of his actions.

Let's hope DMX can get it together soon.

As previously reported, the Ruff Ryder was arrested November 19 for probation violation after officers reported that he failed to submit to drug testing and was later found positive for cocaine and Oxycontin.

The rapper appeared in court Wednesday and denied the drug charges against him.

According to The Associated Press, his attorney said he had been working with his client and probation officials, and expected the arrest.

Simmons was placed on probation last year after convictions for attempted aggravated assault for throwing a food tray at a jail guard, and theft for trying to using a fake name to avoid paying a $7,500 hospital bill.

As previously reported, Dark Man X was arrested last week for violating his probation, marking his third time to jail this year.

According to the troubled rapper he knew better than to drink alcohol during one of his concerts which ultimately ended up costing him his freedom.

He tells MyFox Phoenix,

“I'm sick…birthday coming up. Single just got released, so many things going on...I realize I shouldn't have done it.”

Police also noted that X had taken cocaine, used Oxycontin without a prescription and failed to submit to drug testing.
