Looking into an endless future and possibilities that are beyond the sky's reach, it is necessary to take a glance back at what was and what has been lost in the journey.

For Papoose, the glimpse back has provided a chance to see all of those that have fallen in 2009 can pay his last respects to them on the track “09 Obituary”.

Opening up with Michael Jackson, the rapper touches everybody reaching out to great losses such as Roc Raida, DJ AM, Steve McNair, Brittany Murphy, Farrah Fawcett and many others that were not able to follow into the new decade.

With everything good that accompanies life, there is always something bad right behind it, so people should make sure, going into a new beginning, that they embrace every opportunity placed in front of them and any person they encounter that leaves a lasting impression because time is vital and it isn't always guaranteed.

Without trying to take the impact away from the song, Papoose himself may need to find another game plan as it pertains to his rap career, otherwise his potential and future will only be something that can be spoken of in the past tense.

Although time may not be able to mask the murder of former Tennessee Titans QB Steve McNair, his son has found a means to deal with everything.

Resorting to football as an outlet, Steve McNair, Jr, a wide receiver for Oak Grove High School, has used his talent for the sport to his full advantage in regards to recruitment.

It has all clearly paid off now as the young athlete has made the decision to attend the University of Southern Mississippi.

Speaking with The Hattiesburg American, McNair confirmed his choice.

“I just wanted to give my family a chance to watch my games.  I wanted to stay close to home and I love the Southern Miss campus.”

Although showing his verbal commitment already, McNair will wait until February 3 to make it official as it is the first day of the NCAA signing period.

Jr has been commended by his coaches as Nevil Barr stated that he was always there to make that big play whether it was offense, defense or special teams.

His talents have also been noted outside of his surroundings as he is a top prospect in the state and has been given the prestigious titled of being part of the “Dandy Dozen” team.

NFL's Steve McNair was found dead July 4, 2009 with multiple gunshot wounds.  With a young woman named Sahel Kazemi dead at his feet, the media tried to disgrace his legacy by putting more focus on the actual controversy of the relationship and giving minimal mention to what he has given back.

As the family will continue to remember a husband and a father, Jr. will ensure that the football legacy of the McNair family will continue to live on.

Police have stated that Sahel Kazemi, 20, the girlfriend of McNair shot him in his right temple and then placed three more shots into him. Due to a lack of defensive wounds, they added that it probably happened as he was sleeping on the couch.

After killing McNair, Kazemi allegedly sat on the couch and staged it so that when she shot herself in the head, her body would lay out into his lap. Police Chief Ronal Serpas of Nashville, Tennessee, stated that there was a trace of gunshot residue that was found on her left hand. The gun used was a 9 mm handgun.

The weapon was purchased on Thursday evening, according to police, by Kazemi. Prior to the purchase she was also pulled over and charged with a DUI while she was accompanied by McNair.

According to the police chief, Kazemi had started to become quite panicky as the week had progressed having thoughts that McNair was having an affair with another woman. Kazemi allegedly had seen another person leave the condominium that was rented which only added on to her initial suspicion. Detectives became aware of the fact that Kazemi had followed a woman home that she suspected was romantically involved with McNair, but a confrontation did not ensue.

Along with this concern she was also becoming distraught about financial issues that were stacking up. Through interviews, it was discovered through friends that she was making payments on two vehicles and the amount of her rent had doubled. Serpas added that she had told friends that she wanted to end it all because her life was messed up. Mentally Kazemi was clearly starting to quickly unwind and spinning out of control.

In regards to a possible third party, there has been no evidence found that would show that any other person was present during their death.

Investigators believe Kazemi, 20, purchased the pistol from a private vendor, hours after she was busted for drunk driving with McNair in her SUV on Thursday night.

At the scene on the fourth of July, police found the weapon under Kazemi's body in a luxury condo in downtown Nashville, police believe the young woman committed murder-suicide

The bodies were found by friend Wayne Neely from whom McNair had rented the condominium from. He called friend Robert Gaddy who, in turn, dialed 911.

Through an autopsy that was done on Sunday morning, it was revealed that McNair, 36, suffered four gunshots, two in the head and two in the chest. The second victim, his girlfriend Sahel Kazemi, 20, died from gunshot wounds to the head.

According to authorities, the body of McNair was found seated on a living room sofa.

Along with this, the autopsy also showed that the two victims had died in the early hours of Saturday.

The weapon that was allegedly used, a semi-automatic pistol, was found under Kazemi's body on the floor. Her body was found at the feet of McNair. Police are still waiting to see what the ballistics tests will show in order to determine whether the wounds that Kazemi suffered were self-inflicted which would indicate a homicide and a suicide.

As it stands now, Aaron has stated it has not been determined if Kazemi is responsible for the deeds, but he has maintained that they cannot be close-minded and must be open to all possible scenarios.

They are also awaiting laboratory test results before determining if McNair was a victim to a quarrel of lovers.

In terms of potential suspects, McNair's wife, Michelle, has been ruled out by investigators.

Mc Nair played in the NFL for 13 seasons with 11 years being played for the Tennessee Titans. He retired after the 2007 season where he had played the last two seasons with the Baltimore Ravens.

Bud Adams, Jr., the owner of the Titans, released a statement that showed that the organization was devastated to hear of the loss of McNair. He noted that as a player, McNair played with unquestioned heart and leadership and was able to lead them to pastures they had never touched, including their only Super Bowl.

In a statement released by the family of McNair, they have stated that they appreciate the concern, thoughts and prayers and are just asking that everyone allow them time to mourn in the loss of a husband, father and son.

McNair leaves behind his wife and four sons Junior, Steven, Tyler and Trenton. He had recently opened a restaurant near Tennessee State University that was aimed at providing healthy, affordable food to the students.
