While their fight against Sabrina Peterson isn't over, T.I. and Tiny have scored a minor victory. A judge has thrown out some of her claims.
T.I., and his wife Tiny, have been mired in controversy after ex-associate Sabrina Peterson accused the couple of holding her at gunpoint and other salacious claims. The Atlanta rapper has always denied any wrongdoing and is now asking a judge to toss the defamation case she filed against him.
According to Vulture, attorney of the accusers, Tyrone A. Blackburn, who previously sent a letter to federal prosecutors claiming the couple has committed a litany of abusive crimes, was retained by two anonymous survivors this week in addition to the several other victims he’s already representing. One of the victims claims she was “drugged, forced to take tons of molly and X, and sex-trafficked in three states,” including Nevada and Florida in 2010.
After a handful of women came forward alleging that they were assaulted, more victims have since made their accusations known via an attorney representing the group.

T.I. and Tiny for their part have denied the allegations and through their lawyer stated that they're confident they'd be exonerated.
According to published reports, the attorney representing several of the accusers is asking two states to investigate rapper Clifford "T.I." Harris and his wife, singer Tameka "Tiny" Harris, in the wake of sexual assault and abuse and other allegations the couple have denied.
