Podcaster Taxstone is sitting in jail and has yet to be charged. According to the federal prosecutor, bail is a non-starter because he is a “danger to the community.”

Taxstone is sitting in jail while Troy Ave, who was allegedly seen firing a gun in Irving Plaza on surveillance footage, is out on bond. Tax’s lawyer pointed this out, and other matters, in a letter he sent to the judge seeking his client’s release.
