Yet another producer is filing a suit with rapper Lil Wayne for unpaid wages for beats done on The Carter III.

Although currently incarcerated, Weezy will be served a complaint for copyright infringement and a federal court summons before he gets out of prison.

This time, a producer is filing copyright infringement for a beat that another producer has already claimed he wasn't paid for. Confused?

Atlanta based producer Michael “Mali Boi” Bradford is alleging that he failed to receive royalties payments for his work on Wayne's single “Mr. Officer.”

Bradford alleges that he originally made the beat five years before it was later reconfigured by producer, Deezle, who was given producer's credit for the track.

Strangely, Deezle has also filed suit with Wayne for not receiving royalty payments for the same beat.

Cash Money Records has yet to comment on the suit, but agreed to hold on royalty payments received from digital downloads, retail singles and ringtones until the two parties could agree on a solution.

In related news, Rapper Lil Wayne is asking his fans not to send him any more mail for the remainder of his stint at Riker's Island.

The artists had this message sent out via his Twitter account @liltunechi,

“I can no longer write my fans. As difficult as this maybe to say please stop sending me mail. I luv you and will see you soon.”

As previously reported, Lil Wayne will spend the remainder of his jail sentence in solitary confinement over a previous infraction for contraband.

This is stemming from the Young Money head being caught with an mp3 charger and headphones in May, a violation of Riker's Island rules.

Weezy F is scheduled to be released form Riker's Island, November 4.

Lil Wayne's introduction into the rock world has been pushed back yet again.

As previously reported 500 lucky fans received a copy from Amazon.com after the company missed the last push back and mistakenly released the pre-ordered albums.

Now instead of the most recent release date of February 2, the project's been pushed back to June 22, 2010. Yes, June.

Rebirth will not be available in stores until the summer making the album pushed back an entire year.

Originally Rebirth was set to hit stores April 7 but was then pushed back to May 19, followed by another push back from June 6 to June 15. Following that it was pushed back to December 15 and then to February before landing on this June 2010 release.

Sooo when is Wayne just going to come out and say the project's been scrapped?

This is getting ridiculous.

"Young Money will be on the Monique show 2nite!!!!!! Check ya local listing for specific times!!!!!...RT @KarenCivil: Leaked 09 Rebirth isn't going to be 2010 Rebirth..”

Back in 2008, Lil Wayne had to deal with something unthinkable that would have never crossed his mind. His album Carter III was leaked in its entirety for the Internet soldiers to feed on and purchase way before it was scheduled to hit retail stores.

Now 2009, the same problem may have happened to Wayne due to Amazon. Reported earlier, the online store sent 500 pre-ordered copies of Rebirth to fans on December 14, although the album is not scheduled to hit stores until February.

The rapper eater just can't get a break can he?

Acting as the Young Money spokesman as of late, Mack Maine was able to assure fans, through Twitter, that the copy fans received will not be the final product, according to Young Money representative Karen Civil..

With two months left, however, it might be a bluff.

In related news, Lil Wayne and his Young Money army recently appeared on The Monique Show to speak on the compilation album coming next Tuesday along with some beginnings when Young Money was initially formed.

Check here for the video:

Lil Wayne's date with fate is on the way. The date for his upcoming court case for drug and gun charges has finally been announced. He was arrested on his tour bus in January of 2008 after Arizona police discovered a loaded hand gun, marijuana, cocaine and ecstasy on board. Wayne's been charged with one count of possession of a narcotic drug for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, misconduct involving weapons and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

Now he's expected to appear in a Yuma County, Arizona court room at 1:30 p.m. on March 30, 2010 to face the music.

According to The Yuma Sun, Judge Mark Wayne Reeces made the decision Thursday in a federal court room. After asking attorneys how long they though the trial would last, Deane Sandry, who is prosecuting for the Yuma County Attorney's Office responded: “I'm going to guesstimate that two weeks should be sufficient.”

While defense attorney, James Tilson responded by saying due to his client's notoriety and the media coverage of the case, the trial could take as long as three weeks.

The date is not set in stone however; a final trial management conference will take place two weeks prior to the trial.

Even the "Greatest Rapper Alive" needs help from time to time, and apparently, one of those times is at hand. Dwayne Carter, known to the world as Lil' Wayne, has enlisted the help of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in his quest to remain a free man after being charged with possessing an illegal weapon. The Ca$h Money/Young Money Hot Boy is trying to sidestep the charge that would see him sent to prison for three and a half years under the new New York gun laws. Hoping to aid the rap megastar in his quest is Bruce Budowle, a former geneticist for the FBI and after his rousing testimony for the prosecutor in the Laci Peterson murder trial, a star in his own right. Budlowes key strategy will see him argue that Manhattan prosecutors used a less than reliable testing method, feverishly trying to match Lil' Wayne's DNA to the sample taken from the firearm.

Wayne's defensive team recently scored a minor victory for the rapper. Seeking to gain the legal upper hand in the case, Weezy's attorneys successfully moved to have the arresting officer's accusations thrown out, striking the statement from court records. The female officer said Wayne's tour bus reeked of marijuana, thus, causing her to search the vehicle and uncover a .40 caliber handgun in July 2007. His legal team also pointed out that the firearm in question is the property of Wayne's manager and friend, Cortez Bryant, and is a legally registered gun. An unnamed suspect was also arrested that night on drug charges. Police sources claim that the man was trying to stuff a bag of marijuana down his pants.

On the same night, and after performing at a concert together, Jeffrey "Ja Rule" Atkins was arrested, charged with criminal possession of a .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol. The police initially pulled the former face of Murder Inc. over after he was found in a luxury sedan that lacked proper registration. Lil' Wayne is also set to appear in an Arizona court to answer for drug charges. Arizona authorities arrested Wayne in January of 2008 for possession of 29 grams of cocaine, 41 grams of ecstasy and 105 grams of marijuana.
