The Game is speaking on his court ordered payment of $50,000 to a family member he brawled with at a funeral for their relative.

As previously reported, Game and his cousin Robert Kirkwood got into a scuffle in 2008 at the funeral for Kirkwood's sister after the rapper reportedly refused to pay the burial costs.

Now after being ordered by a judge to pay $50, 580 for the incident, Game says that he's not worried about the money because he's been blessed by God.

When asked by AllHipHop if his cousin Kirkwood was “still mad at him” Game replied,

“I don't know man (sounding disappointed). To lose $50 grand aint nothing to a ni**a you know what I'm saying man. I used to sleep in the back of a f**king car man, so I aint trippin, I was never even supposed to have any of this. I'm just blessed. By the grace of god I've been able to have longevity. Haters, ni**as wanna see me fall and sue me, more power to you. I done did it all, I had Aston Martins, Lamborghini's, ni**a I got a Porsche outside right now. Benz's, houses, man.”

He also adds that he's making upwards of $70,000 a month and spending it on gas and his children.

“S**t man, I'm up to $70 grand-a-month, gases prices are going up, my kids shoe size's is growing. Harlem is big as s**t, he's playing basketball, going to camps, I'm dishing out cheese like going broke is the s**t!”

Kirkwood has yet to speak on the incident.

An impending lawsuit is threatening to block the release of the Game's long delayed R.E.D. album.

As previously reported the album had a December, February, June and July release date and is now scheduled to hit stores August 24.

Now however a company has filed a lawsuit saying that the album cannot be released until they are properly compensated for unpaid royalties.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Desperado Entertainment filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles federal court Tuesday alleging that Universal Music Group, Interscope, Aftermath Entertainment and ARY, Inc owe them a portion of the licensing and publishing income from Jayceon “The Game” Taylor's albums.

Desperado Entertainment says they discovered the rapper and have been unlawfully cut out of the development for the forthcoming album.

Additionally the company says they allowed the Universal Music Group labels to “recoup advances solely from record sales and not from publishing earnings or royalties”, royalties Desperado says they were never paid.

The company is seeking an injunction on the album, unspecified damages and $275,000 in advance payment for sales from R.E.D.

While The Game preps for the December release of his R.E.D. album, his name's been continually in the headlines for legal issues. As previously reported, his old legal team filed a suit in an L.A. County Superior Court claiming that The MC owed them over $30,000 in legal fees. Now with that case still pending, Game can breathe easier knowing that another lawsuit filed against him has been thrown out.

Three police officers in North Carolina sued Game, real name Jayceon Taylor, for defamation of character. The cops claim that in 2006, Game libeled, slandered and misappropriated their names to promote his Stop Snitchin, Stop Lyin' DVD. The officers asked the appeals court to review the case after its August 2008 dismissal. The North Carolina Court of Appeals reviewed the lawsuit and dismissed it again.

Officer Hien Nguyen, Mattherew Brown, Ryan Childrey, Romaine Watkins and David Gregory were involved in his arrest before a scheduled performance in Winston-Salem. The officers arrested Game at a local mall after security asked him to leave for causing a disturbance.

Check out the infamous video of his arrest here:

The Game's been in recent headlines concerning money owed to his legal team. As previously reported Game's being sued by his attorneys, the Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump & Aldsert law firm for over $30,000 in legal fees. Now The Game may have a lucrative way to pay his attorneys the money they're owed in just two short months. The Game announced via his Twitter page,@Ihategame, that his new album, R.E.D., would drop in December.

He tweeted that the album would debut in stores around Christmas saying,

“R.E.D. album soon, wrappin this mothaf#$%@ up in 30 days ! Jimmy Iovine told me to tell ya when this sh!t drop, Merry X-Mas ! BWS/Aftermath.”

Hurricane Game also made sure to give props to his new Interscope label mate, Diddy, and mentioned that he was also featured on the album.

“& shout out to my new labelmate "Diddy" ! Welcome to the Ice House homie. goodlookin for your contribution to R.E.D.”

R.E.D. is also said to feature Lil Wayne and Gucci Mane with production from Maestro.
