According to a report by TMZ, Tip's probation officer submitted a request on the rapper's behalf asking that he be allowed to travel out-of-state for more than his allotted seven days. The request was approved by a judge yesterday, giving the rapper 12 days to handle B-I outside of the Peach State.

According to T.I.'s PO, the rapper has completed a required drug and alcohol counseling program and has been nothing short of an exemplary probationer in the past few months. The Kang has roughly five months left on probation. Then he can go wherever he likes.

The Atlanta rapper spent several months in an Arkansas prison last year following a 2010 probation violation stemming from a 2009 felony weapons conviction.

T.I.'s eighth solo album, Trouble Man, is due out later this year. He released the single, “Love This Life” earlier this month. The rapper also recently hinted at a potential future movie role as a Marvel comic character.

Clifford "T.I." Harris has literally been everywhere promoting his book Power & Beauty since leaving prison, and he recently visited Chelsea Lately as the recipient of quite a few polite jabs and jokes.

But Tip had a jab of his own referring to host Chelsea Handler as "Chelsea Cent," while she remarked that 50 Cent's last name was "Lately" for awhile.

She also went in about his alleged handjob, his Ciroc intervention with Diddy and received some details about his novel.

T.I is home and he feels like he has a right to celebrate even though there are some media folks who disagree.

Peter Rosenberg of Hot 97 FM went on Twitter and spoke to his morning show co-hosts about Tip's early party attendance stating, "Can someone PLEASE tell @TIP to stay HOME and stop hosting parties for a minute?! Come on man."

Peter made the tweet sound more like a tip for Tip than a criticism, citing the fact that someone could spark a confrontation just to see him retaliate.

But T.I. chose to retaliate with words via the same social network.

"Quick question to Rap Radar, Cypher sounds, & whoever else felt I shouldn't have celebrated my return, why NOT?!?!?! Didn't haters celebrate when I left?

FYI in addition to parties I also attended my two sons football games, my oldest daughters first concert, and took my kids to the awards. What's the BIG DEAL?

No explanation…just a question. If I sat back & let somebody else who wasn't from my city home in & takeover all weekend would they'd agree with that?!?

Actually I was hoping the people I mentioned would've answered those questions for me. I'm listening, Chyper Sounds, Peter Rosenburg, Rap Radar. Where you at?"

The rapper, who's currently serving an 11 month prison sentence in Arkansas, posted his thoughts online expressing his grief with his incarceration.

In the letter an obviously distraught T.I. calls his sentence a “real a** whoopin” and wishes he could've spent consecutive years behind bars instead of the frequent trips in and out of jail for the last 15 years.

"This experience is truly a pain I have never felt before and that's saying a lot for a n*gga who's been down locked up as many times as I have. I see this as a real a** whoopin'. The kind you don't just go back outside to play afterwards.

You take ya a**to bed and don't come out of your room until it's time to go to school. I don' t know what effect this will have on my life moving forward but I'm certainly sick and mother Fawking tired of going to jail, juve, prison, the pen, correctional facilities or whatever else you want to call it.

I'd have been better off doing a 5-10 year bid one time than going in time and time again for days, weeks and months for the last 15 years of my life. Even though it's been a long road, I'm still standing, barely but nevertheless still standing. “

Tip also adds that he now realizes he has to keep going strong for himself and no one else.

“At one time I thought my motivation for continuing was for my fans, my partna Philant, my pops, my grandmama, even for the haters or the people I let down. But nah... I got to do this Shyte for me!!! I'll be God damned if I've come all this way and made it through so much hell to let it go down like this! Fawk that! If an hour in the dark is worth a second in the sun then pass me my mother Fawkin' shades cause I'm ready to cash my darkest hours in...ASAP!!!”

According to Tip his lack of a father figure played a part in his actions and over the years he's been forced to find his manhood elsewhere.

“A lot of folks had fathers or father figures in the house to raise them into manhood. I'm not trying to make any excuses for my situation but my father was a hustler that lived in New York. My uncle was a local big time dope boy turned 10 year federal inmate. My mother and grandparents did the best they could but I found my manhood in the trap and in prison systems. But I found it.”

Before closing the letter, Tip says his children will share his same fate “over his dead body” and adds in a special line for his haters, “Fawk you.”

“And nan one of mine will ever have to feel the cold tight grip of a handcuff or grace the presence of a jail cell if I can help it. Over my dead body! So if you can't respect that you ain't rocking with my movement then Fawk you dog! I know a bunch of mother Fawkers who are...

After T.I. is released from an Arkansas prison for violating terms of his probation, the Grand Hustle head's new probation terms will be very limited.

According to TMZ, Tip will not be allowed to leave the Northern District of Georgia -- Atlanta, Gainesville, Rome and Newnan -- unless he can prove it's for "verified employment within the United States” which means that he can't leave the country.

Furthermore, T.I. will not able to drive a vehicle, own a firearm or any dangerous weapon, or “other destructive device” and must participate in a drug/alcohol testing and treatment program.

The rapper was sentenced to 11 months behind bars after testing positive for ecstasy following a routine traffic stop in L.A.

As previously reported, the album was originally called King Uncaged but was changed to No Mercy after the Atlanta rapper was arrested and later sentenced to 11 months behind bars.

King Uncaged was set to hit stores September 28 but Tip put it on hold to focus on his new film "Takers."

Shortly after the anticipated release date, T.I. was arrested for drug possession after making an illegal U-Turn in L.A and reported to prison Monday, November 1.

No Mercy is said to feature Eminem, Kanye West, Christina Aguilera and The-Dream and drops December 7.

T.I. may have walked but Tiny didn't.

The wife of The King has been charged with one count of misdemeanour  drug possession stemming from her and T.I.'s  arrest in September.

As previously reported, T.I. and his wife Tiny were arrested last month in L.A for possession of a controlled substance, after they were pulled over in West Hollywood and found in possession of ecstasy.

Prosecutors charged Tameka Cottle with possession of ecstasy on Friday and she is due in court for an arraignment on Nov. 1 in Beverly Hills.

T.I. however wasn't charged  by L.A. County District Attorney who rejected the drug case stemming from his arrest last month.

T.I. won't be prosecuted because he's already set to serve 11 months in prison for probation violation and is scheduled to turn himself in by November 1st.
