“It is not going to leak,” tweeted John Meneilly. This was a confident statement considering Kanye faced leaking issues close to his release of My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

As precaution, the digital release date and physical release date were separated, with iTunes being on August 8th, and all other releases landing on August 12th.

Ye and Jay are also preparing to go on tour, which kicks off October 29th in Atlanta.

Shortly after hitting the big screen, legendary pop songstress Janet Jackson will be embarking on her largest world tour yet.

Jackson has announced that she will be celebrating her 35 chart-topping hits in 35 different cities around the globe including  Hong Kong---the first stop on the tour as voted by her fans, where she will perform songs exclusively from her greatest hits collection, Number Ones.

The tour kicks off at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on Valentines day (February 14).

The tour dates proceeding can be chosen by her fans by visiting her website, JanetJackson.com.

“The fans really reached out and voted for Hong Kong to be the Valentine's Day city of our Number Ones tour. I am thrilled to receive your votes and I will be performing in Hong Kong Feb 14, 2011!” wrote Janet on her website.

 

Additionally, Janet will also be celebrating the release of her first book True You, which hits stores February 8.

The book will detail Janet's lifelong battle with weight and exercise, and is intended to uplift those struggling with self-esteem.

In response to the tremendous demand, and in preparation for tomorrow's public on-sale, another show has been added in Detroit at Comerica Park on Friday, September 3rd and in New York at Yankee Stadium on Tuesday, September 14th.

This is the only time these two superstars will perform together.

From climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro to a documentary and planning a trip to Africa, the Chicago native has had quite the agenda placed in front of him.

Fans, fortunately, won't have to worry as Fiasco is still on the path to releasing his album Lasers, and although the climb forced a push back from December to 2010, the rapper has stated to expect the first single to drop at the top of January.

The rapper adds that some collaborations for the upcoming album, as he has already been rumored to be on B.O.B's debut album The Adventures of Bobby Ray.

Bobby Ray actually spoke on the rumored joint effort between himself and Fiasco with HipHopWired where he attempted to keep particular news under wraps.

“I actually had worked with Lupe and Eminem, in terms of the album.  I can't confirm certain things.  I won't say yay or nay, there are rumors out there, but I have worked with Eminem and Lupe.”

Instead Snoop will be heading out on his “Wonderland High School” tour starting October 27 in Baltimore, Maryland to promote his 10th studio album Malice N Wonderland.

The West Coast vet will perform his classics along with new material from Malice N Wonderland, due out December 8. Snoop will be hitting the road with Method Man, Redman, and Devin the Dude.

In other Snoop news The Doggfather was stopped at an airport in Beirut for wearing suspicious jewelry. He just finished a show in Lebanon and was boarding a plane when he was stopped by airport security for wearing a bullet shaped necklace.

The necklace is from Bullets 4 Piece, a charity organization that turns bullet casing into jewelry. Their celebrity anti war jewelry fans include Beyoncé and Justin Timberlake.

Now as the buzz dies down, Royce Da 5'9 is clearing the air about the surprise cameo. Royce explained to Vibe that they were just doing Em's manager, Paul Rosenburg, a favor.

“There's gonna be rumors when somebody see something like that but it just is what it is. We just all family. As everybody knows, Em is a good friend of mine. We've been good friends for years. I just had my Slaugterhouse brothers in town and Paul asked me to come down and be in the video and they just happened to be in town with me so I just brought'em with me.”

Now that the rumors are over and the dust has settled, Slaughterhouse can continue on their national tour. The tour makes a stop in Atlanta tomorrow at The Loft at 8 p.m. Opening up for them will be Killer….I mean, Mike Bigga.
