This Tuesday, Atlanta trio Travis Porter will be releasing their debut album, From Day 1. The party starters have been through a ton of label drama, but the grassroots route that the three took to build their status has paid off with a slew of hit singles. The party animals get the album started with the high energy "Aww Yea." The Travis Porter boys know exactly who their audience is and they don't intend to stray away from that. This song is a bouncy, energetic record that sets the pace for the album.

Although not many big albums have dropped since January 1st, 2012, the major, server-cracking mixtapes (Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Big K.R.I.T, Wiz Khalifa) that have dropped contributed heavily to this list.

Nicki Minaj Headlines Hot 97's Summer Jam 2012

New York native, Nicki Minaj, will headline the flagship Hip-Hop show of the summer, Hot 97's Summer Jam. After releasing her sophomore album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, she will be coming home to the New York metropolitan area as the headline act at Metlife Stadium. Joining her will be Young Jeezy, Rick Ross, J. Cole, Wale, DJ Khaled, Waka Flocka, Trey Songz, Maino, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, French Montana, Mavado,and Tyga.

An expected crowd of 55,000 rabid Hip-Hop heads will occupy The MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ on Sunday, June 3rd. You can cop your tickets at Ticketmaster and for more information go to Hot 97.

The changing of the guard is officially on in Hip-Hop. Our culture has always favored the young and have look towards the youth to direct where the genre takes us. Artists and producers under the age of 25 are as prominent as ever and are looking to take the game to the next level. We always have love for the OGs over here, but like Drake says, "these kids wear crowns over here and everything is alright."

Whether they are hit making artists, money making acts, go to producers, or underground sensations, all of them are just as important to the game right now as the older generation of Hip-Hop. Without further ado, (and in no particular order) take a look at the 25 most important people in Hip-Hop right now under the age of 25.

Tyga, Chris Brown Announce Fan of a Fan 2 Mixtape

Two years after releasing their Fan of a Fan mixtape, Tyga and Chris Brown are looking to recapture the magic that scored them a Grammy nod last year. The Young Money MC announced the news via Twitter Wednesday (April 20). "Fan of a Fan 2!!! @ChrisBrown @Tyga Coming Soon!!" he wrote.

Both have been busy with their solo careers, since dropping the mixtape in 2010. Brown unleashed F.A.M.E. last March, earning the R&B crooner three Grammy's at this year's ceremony. The album also marked his official comeback following the bad press he received after his attack on Rihanna in 2009.

Tyga released his long-delayed Carless World: Rise of the last King album in February. Powered by the success of singles "Rack City," and "Make it Nasty," the record debuted at No. 4 on Billboard's album charts. The 22-year-old has run into a bunch of issues leading up to, and following, the release, including getting arrested, and being shot at after a concert in Omaha, Nebraska.

No word yet on when the Fan of a Fan 2 mixtape will see the light of day.
