The civil lawsuit against Afrika Bambaataa for alleged sexual abuse by a victim known as "John Doe" has reached a key point as the victim's lawyer filed a motion to obtain a default judgment against the Hip-Hop pioneer in the Bronx Supreme Court. Reportedly, Bambaataa hasn't responded to the court since last year.
