The New Jersey teen charged with taking to a Wal-mart's intercom system and saying, “All Black people leave the store now” has been charged with doing the exact same crime a second time.

As previously reported, the incident took place March 14 at the Washington Township store and a teenager was arrested after bragging about the incident on the Facebook.

Now however Wal-mart staff at the exact same store have given police surveillance footage with audio of the boy saying the same thing around Christmas time.

The police had no idea about the prior incident until they received the footage.

The teen whose identity is being withheld, is described as a 16-year-old boy from Atlantic City.

He's being charged with harassment and bias intimidation for the incident.

Wal-mart has since apologized and later made changes to the phone system to restrict intercom access.

Heather Ellis has reached a plea deal with the state of Missouri. As previously reported, Ellis, a young college student was facing up to 15 years in prison after an altercation at a local Walmart that started from cutting the line.

After the dust settled, Heather was arrested and charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace, and two felony counts of assaulting a police officer. These charges delayed her education and cost her potential employment opportunities. Black activist Boyce Watkins also held a march and protests to help bring light to this case.

When Heather refused to sign a plea deal (she insists upon her innocence), prosecutor Stephen Sokoloff chose to prosecute Heather for the original felony counts. If convicted, she could have faced up to 15 years in prison. When Heather protested her trial publicly, she was threatened by the Ku Klux Klan.

From reports we've received from this region of the country (Rush Limbaugh was born roughly 100 miles away), the treatment of African- Americans in the criminal justice system is abominable.

Under the new plea deal, Ellis will serve a year of unsupervised probation, attend an anger management course and serve four days in jail before the end of the year. If she remains out of trouble for a year, the charges will be sealed and the arrest will be abolished from her permanent record.

Speaking after the trial, the young sister still held her ground and seemed pleased with the settlement. She stated,

"I didn't break the line, she actually broke in front of us. We also found out that I was shoved first and that I didn't yell or curse. I was speaking in a loud tone as I do always. And i still think that it's important that my story got out and that people understood the truth and heard it. If I would have signed a plea bargain or anything before, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to let the world know now and let the jurors know what actually happened."

We'll take a victory however we can get it because it's apparent this was about to be modern day lynching.

This week, Russell Simmons, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, the Hip-Hop Summit Action Network (HSAN) and Walmart will convene the national Hip-Hop Summit on Financial Empowerment entitled "Get Your Money Right" in Houston. The event will offer valuable and timely financial information from financial experts, celebrities and community leaders.

Free to the public, the summit will take place Sat., Oct. 17 at the Granville M. Sawyer Auditorium on the campus of Texas Southern University, 3100 Cleburne Street, Houston, Texas 27403. Doors open at 12:00 p.m.

Financial literacy is critical as multicultural communities are disproportionately impacted by the economic downturn. For example, the unemployment rate has increased and the share of the working-age population that is employed has fallen more for immigrant Latinos. In addition, the African-American job loss exceeds one million as a result of the recession, representing more than 60 percent of the total increase in the number of those unemployed. Russell Simmons, chairman and co-founder of HSAN, stated,

"The recession continues to hit the minority communities the hardest and without financial literacy, those communities will not be able to move forward to improve their standards of living. The 'Get Your Money Right' Hip-Hop Summit in Houston will be the perfect opportunity for leaders in the Hip-Hop community to share invaluable information about financial empowerment."

Confirmed artists and celebrities scheduled to participate in the Hip-Hop Summit on Financial Empowerment in Houston include Russell Simmons, BET's Alesha Renee, Slim Thug, and Dr. Benjamin Chavis. 97.9 The Box is the exclusive radio partner for the Hip-Hop Summit in Houston.

Chavis, president and co-founder of HSAN, added,

"The Hip-Hop 'Get Your Money Right' Summit will be both informative and dynamic in the context of hip-hop culture. This is about keeping yourself informed on how to improve your quality of life. As the economy in the United States undergoes a recovery, it is very important for young people to participate in efforts to build a stronger financial foundation."

Walmart is the presenting sponsor of the Houston "Get Your Money Right!" Summit. In addition the retailer will host a special in-store promotion of the summit on Friday, Oct. 16 at 4:30 p.m. at the Walmart Superstore located at West Park, 3506 S. Hwy 6 South, Houston, Texas 77082.
