Legendary Soul Singer Etta James Dies At 73
Etta James, the legendary singer most famously known for her classic “At Last,” has passed away at the age of 73, reports CNN.
James suffered from leukemia as well as dementia and hepatitis C. Longtime manager Lupe De Leon confirmed that James died at a hospital in Riverside, California.
The LA native’s work spanned a range of musical genres including R&B, Jazz and Gospel. Beyoncé portrayed James in the 2008 film Cadillac Records. Rest In Power Etta James.
