Usher is losing the battle against his ex-wife Tameka Raymond. The R&B star has been held in contempt for unlawfully cutting off Tameka’s Saks Fifth Ave. credit card, without the consent of the court.

Tameka has said that she needs the card to fulfill her duties as a stylist. Thus, in cancelling the account, Usher has hindered her from making a living to support her five children, which includes the son’s that he shares with her. Usher has since been ordered to re-instate the account, which is in his name, and was closed last year.

Tameka is also seeking $1,300 in nanny fees, which she accuses her ex-husband of failing to pay. The judge ruled in her favor on the subject, and is making the 33-year-old handle his part of the debt.

After the sudden death of her son, Kile Glover, Usher asked to delay the on-going custody battle to give Tameka time to grieve the loss. However, Tameka hit back asking that the Aug. 13 court date remain in place, and accused the father of her two sons of trying to get public sympathy. According to Tameka, Usher pretended to be sympathetic to her son’s death, but did not attend his funeral and refused to tweet a #Pray4Kile hashtag. He instead posted a photo of food on his Twitter page.

The couple have traded insults and continue to fight for custody of Naviyd and Usher Raymond V.  Usher is seeking full custody, while Tameka feels that joint custody would be best.

A judge has yet to rule in favor of either party.
