The Bawse Rick Ross left the status of this release in the people’s hands. He announced on Twitter that the “Hold Me Back” remix wouldn’t be released unless President Barack Obama was re-elected.

As projected last night, the incumbent President-elect held on to his position as the commander-in-chief as Barack Obama was re-elected to a second term. In a pretty fitting song given the circumstances, Rick Ross gathered French Montana, Yo Gotti, Lil Wayne and (free on bond, for now) Gunplay.

All featured artists drop a newsworthy verse as Gunplay talks about his short jail time and impending court trial as well s Wayne name dropping the return of former Hot Boy, Turk.

Try to contain your excitement for the “Hold Me Back” remix so listen and download the record after the jump.
