Tameka “Tiny” Harris, the wife of rapper and reality TV co-star T.I., turned heads with claims of an eye operation to permanently change her eye color to gray. Eye doctors and social media skeptics alike have voiced their opinion about the change, but Tiny appears to be unfazed.

T.I.‘s better half hasn’t been shy about past operations to her body, and was especially candid on Instagram days ago about the eye implants. Speaking on a company known as Brightocular, Tiny sounded more like a spokesperson than client as she gushed over her new look. However, it was shared that such procedures are potentially dangerous and not sanctioned by eye doctors in the states.

Tiny appeared on ABC News, once more praising the operation. Dr. James C. Tsai, president of New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai, offered his outside expert opinion of the operation, adding that the operations can cause glaucoma, cataracts and other issues. Tiny was made aware of the risks, but was overjoyed with the results.

“I looked into the mirror and I was like, ‘They are amazing,'” she said. “I love them.”

T.I. also questioned his wife’s decision to do the operation, but it appears the “About The Money” rapper is on board.

The Associated Press followed up with Dr. Tsai, who said that the cosmetic procedures is actually illegal in the United States. Tiny says she had the operation done in Africa, which is a hotbed for the implant surgery along with Panana and the Middle East according to Dr. Tsai.

This morning on Twitter, people have been taking slanderous shots at Tiny over her new eyes and comparing them to the those of R&B legend Smokey Robinson.
